사회부과 완벽주의와 가족건강성이 우울과 불안에 미치는 영향: 다집단 분석 및 억제형과 반동형 대처양식의 매개효과

국문 초록

본 연구는 사회부과완벽주의, 가족건강성, 억제형대처양식, 반동형대처양식, 우울, 불안간의 구조관계와 남녀 성별에 따른 차이를 알아보기 위해 다집단 구조방정식 분석을 실시하였다. 자료는 충남, 부산 소재 대학생 총 281명을 대상으로 자기보고식 설문지를 통해 수집하였다. 그 결과 첫째, 다집단 구조방정식 분석에서 연구 모형은 남녀 간에 동일한 측정모형과 요인구조모형으로 일반화할 수 있다. 둘째, 사회부과완벽주의는 억제형, 반동형 대처양식에 직접적인 영향을 주었다. 사회부과완벽주의는 억제형 대처양식을 매개하여 우울에 간접적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 가족건강성은 직접적으로 억제적 대처양식을 유의하게 낮추며, 억제형 대처양식을 매개하여 우울을 유의미하게 줄이는 것으로 드러났다. 끝으로 이 연구의 함의를 논의하였다.

영문 초록

This study was conducted to analyze the structural relationship among socially prescribed perfectionism, family strength and suppressive coping style, reactive coping style, depression, and anxiety through a multiple analysis. In this study, multiple group structural equation modeling analysis was used depending on gender. The data was collected through the questionnaires of 281 Chungnam and Busan College students. First, the model in this group structural equation model could be generalized to the same measurement model and structural model between male and female factors. Second, socially prescribed perfectionism had a direct impact on the suppressive and reactive coping style. The results also indicated that socially prescribed perfectionism mediated the suppressive coping style and indirectly effect depression. Family strength directly decreased suppressive coping style in a significant way, and suppressive coping style reduced depression. The implications of this study were also discussed.
