발명 영재 담당교사를 위한 교수-학습 모형과 전략 이러닝 콘텐츠 개발

국문 초록

이 연구는 국가적 인재개발과 더불어 제2차 영재교육 진홍종합계획 수립에 따른 발명 영재교육의 인프라 구축 및 교육 여건 성숙에 따른 발명영재 교사의 전문성을 제고하기 위하여 발명 영재 담당 교사를 위한 교육 콘텐츠 프로그램을 개발하는데 있다. 이 연구의 방법은 발명영재의 내·외적 환경을 분석하고 해외사례 조사, 교사들을 대상으로 교육요구도롤 조사하여 교안과 콘텐츠를 개발하였다. 이에 따른 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 발명영재 교수-학습 모형 콘텐츠의 교육요구도는 발명영재 교육프로그램의 지도 모듈이 가장 높았는데 이는 발명영재아들을 대상한 교육에 있어서 교사가 적시교육(Just-in-time education)이 우선적임을 알 수 있었다. 둘째, 이 연구에서 개발된 발명영재 담당 교사를 위한 교육 콘텐츠 프로그램은 창조적인 학습 활동, 팀 프로젝트의 수행으로 협동학습 기반의 프로그램, 그리고 영재의 학습활동을 면밀히 모니터하는 포트폴리오, 수행중심의 평가 전략이 함께 다루어져 있다. 셋째, 개발된 발명영재 교수-학습 모형 콘텐츠 교육프로그램은 발명에 입문하는 교사보다는 이미 발명교육 연수를 하였거나 발명영재 교수-학습 모형과 관련된 초급이상 교육 이수자들을 대상을 하여야 하며, 교수-학습 모형의 교재 및 온라인 교육을 참고로 하여 현실적 맥락하에 교수-학습 모형을 재구성할 수 있는 능력이 있어야 한다.

영문 초록

As the second gifted students nurturing plan has launched under the national human resource development, it was necessary to establish infrastructures for teaching gifted students in invention and to nurture professional teachers due to much better education environment. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to develop educational content program for teachers who are in charge of gifted students in invention. This study analyzed internal and external environment of gifted students in invention. And we developed a teaching plan and contents based on cases abroad and education demand from teachers. The result of study is as follows: First, directing education program for inventive genius module scored the highest points in terms of education demand for teaching-leaming model content in gifted students in invention. This result clearly shows that Just-in-time*education has priority in teaching gifted students in invention. Second, with the education content program for teachers who are in charge of gifted students in invention, several programs were developed, including creative learning activity, cooperative learning program through teamwork project, portfolio which closely monitors each student s learning activity and evaluation strategies based on accomplishment. Third, the Teaching-leaming model content program for inventive genius should be conducted on people who already got the relevant trainings or took teaching-leaming model program more than basic level rather than teachers who just entered the area of invention. Also, people who take this program should be able to reconstruct teaching-leaming model under the context of reality based on e-leaming and materials of teaching-leaming model.
