광주·전남지역 기술·가정 교과의 기술영역 수업 현황 연구

국문 초록

이 연구의 목적은 기술·가정 교과의 기술 영역의 교육을 담당하는 교사들의 단원 인식과 수업 방법, 연수 등 설문조사와 분석을 통하여 기술 영역의 교육 방향을 제시하고자 한다. 이 데이터는 광주 전남 지역 기술 영역을 담당하는 교사를 대상으로 설문조사하여 얻어졌고, 분석되었다. 얻어진 결론은 다음과 같다 첫째, 중학교 기술·가정 교과의 기술 영역 교육을 위하여 단순 지식이나 암기에 집중하기보다는 실험·실습, 프로젝트 학습, 협동학습 둥과 같은 교수·학습 방법의 개발과 연구가 필요하다. 둘째, 기술이 아닌 다양한 교과를 전공한 교사가 기술수업을 담당하고 있고, 지식의 부족으로 수업을 하는데 어려움을 겪고 있다. 그러므로 각 학교마다 멀티미디어 교육 및 e-learning, 기술 실습실, 실습 시간, 기구, 실습용 기계와 수공구 등과 같은 교육 환경을 활용하고, 수업을 계획하는 능력이 필요하다. 셋째, 기술교육을 위한 다양한 교육방법의 예를 다룬 실험·실습, 프로젝트 학습, 협동학습 등과 같은 적절한 교수 학습 방법과 실제 기술 교육 교재의 제공이 필요하다. 넷째, 기술교사들은 다양한 교수·학습 방법 및 교육 기자재의 사용 교육이 필요하며, 기술영역 교육과 교사의 질 향상을 위하여 더 많은 현직 연수가 요청된다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to present direction of technology education by investigating into the re-educations, the technology unit recognition of teachers and teaching methods of Technology Home Economics subject. The data were collected from 110 technology teachers in Gwangju city and Chon-nam province and analyzed. The results obtained in this study were as follows: First, the study and the development of teaching-learning methods such as experiment?practice, project method, cooperation learning, etc, were found to be necessary for Technology·Home Economics subject education rather than the focus on a simple knowledge and memory education at middle schools. Second, many teachers, who were graduated from different major department instruct technology subject at middle schools, and have a hard work with teaching the students. Therefore, they need to plan and utilize educational environments such as multimedia education and e-learning, technology practice laboratory, practice hours, ents, manufacturing machine and hand tools, etc. Third, the appropriate teaching-learning methods and the manuals of technology education were necessary to provide samples of various education methods for technology education. Forth, technology teachers need various teacher educations on teaching-learning methods and the use of teaching materials. In-service educations are required to improve the technology education and teachers quality.
