국문 초록

이 연구의 목적은 현재 시범 운영되고 있는 통합형고등학교를 대상으로 설문 조사를 실시하여 교육과정 운영 및 교육성과에 대한 만족도를 분석함으로써 통합형고등학교의 지속적인 운영을 위한 기초 자료를 제시함에 있다. 교육과정 운영 및 교육성과에 대한 만족도를 분석하기 위하여 현재 시범운영 중인 11개 통합형고등학교의 교사, 학생, 학부모를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 통합형고등학교 운영 전반에 대해 교사, 학생, 학부모 집단 모두 대체로 만족하고 있다. 둘째, 통합형고등학교 교육과정 개발 및 편성?운영에 있어 교사, 학생 집단의 경우, 만족도가 높지 않다. 셋째, 보통교과와 전문교과 간 상호 탐색 프로그램 운영에 대해 교사, 학생 집단의 경우, 만족도가 높지 않다. 넷째, 진학과 취업 과정에 대한 선택교과목의 편성?운영에 대해 교사, 학생 집단의 경우, 만족도가 낮다. 다섯째, 통합형고를 졸업 한 후의 학생들의 진로선택(진학 및 취업)에 대해 학생, 학부모 집단의 경우, 대체로 만족하고 있다. 여섯째, 취업한 업체 및 동일계열 진학에 대해 교사, 학생, 학부모 집단 모두 대체로 만족하고 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to analyze the degree of satisfaction with the curriculum operation and education outcomes based on a survey with the model integrated high schools. And also this study presents fundamental materials to continue the operation of integrated high schools. To investigate the curriculum operation and education outcomes, questionnaire was given to the teachers, the students, and the parents of the students in 11 model integrated high schools. The results of this study are as follows. First, teachers, students and parents are satisfied for the most part with the general operation of integrated high schools. Second, teachers and students are not highly satisfied with curriculum development, organization, and operation in integrated high schools. Third, teachers and students are not highly satisfied with cross-search program between general courses and technical courses. Fourth, teachers and students are generally satisfied with elective courses related to continuing studies in higher level institute and employment processes. Fifth, parents are satisfied with the choice on the course of students life after graduating from integrated high schools. Sixth, teachers, students and parents are generally satisfied with the companies where students find employment and continuing studies in interrelated majors.
