장애인 직업재활 관련 연구논문 경향분석 - 1991 ～ 2005년의 연구를 중심으로 -

국문 초록

이 연구에서는 우리나라 장애인 직업재활 연구의 전반적 경향을 파악하여 향후 연구방향을 제시하기 위해, 1991년부터 2005년 사이에 발간된 석ㆍ박사 논문 255편과 「직업재활연구」 게재 논문 165편, 「장애인고용」 게재 논문 373편, 총 793편을 대상으로 연구내용과 연구방법을 중심으로 양적 분석을 하였으며 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 연구주제로 정책 및 고용제도(보호고용/지원고용/일반고용)에 관한 논문이 전체의 54.7%에 이르고 있는 것으로 나타났고, 둘째, 장애유형으로 정신지체와 시각장애가 전체의 44.9%를 차지하는 것으로 조사되었으며, 셋째, 연구유형은 문헌연구, 조사연구가 전체의 76.7%에 이를 만큼 편중되어 있는 것으로 나타났는데, 특히 문헌연구가 49.5%로 가장 높은 비율을 차지하였다. 넷째, 표집방법은 무선표집과 목적표집이 83.9%로 나타났고, 다섯째, 사용한 도구는 55.7%가 비표준화 도구인 것으로 나타났으며, 여섯째, 신뢰도 검증은 문항내적 합치도가 신뢰도를 검증한 논문의 97.7%를 차지하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 일곱째, 타당도 검증 절차를 거친 논문의 85.7%가 내용타당도를 알아본 것으로 제시되었고, 여덟째, 통계처리를 한 논문의 54.2%가 기초통계를 적용한 것으로 나타났다. 제언으로 첫째, 장애인직업재활 관련 꾸준한 동향분석 및 주제의 다양성을 추구해야 하겠고, 둘째, 다양한 장애유형을 대상으로 연구를 실시해야 하며, 셋째, 연구 조사범위의 확장이 필요하고, 마지막으로 연구 대안들의 실질적인 정책반영이 요구된다.

영문 초록

In order to get hold of the comprehensive trend of the researches on vocational rehabilitation for the people with disabilities in Korea. 255 dissertations and theses published from 1991 to 2005 which Library of the National Assembly and Kore Education & Research Information Service retains. and 165 researches carried in Journal of Vocational Rehabilitation and 373 in Disability and Employment . this is. a total of 793 dissertations/theses and articles have been analyzed. The result are as follows : First. research papers on administration. law. administration or employment. sheltered employment. supported employment. and competitive employment as a research subject have accounted for 54.7% of the whole 793. Second. mental disability and visual disability as a disability category accounted for 44.9%. Third. literature study and research study which represent 76.7% have made too much of total researches. Above all. literature study has reached the highest rate of all. Fourth. random sampling and purposive sampling as a sampling method have contained 83.9%. Fifth. the adopted test. namely. non-standardization test comes to 55.7%. Sixthly. when it comes to reliability verification. inter-item consistency reliability has accounted for 97.7% of the papers. Seven. 85.7% of the papers which have gone through the validity verification procedure have unveiled that the content validity has been evaluated. Eight. 54.2% of the papers processed statistically have applied to basic-level statistics. The suggestions as follows have been presented on those views mentioned above. First. Consistent trend analysis and a wide variety of subject matters are needed. associated with the vocational rehabilitation for the disabled people. Second. research intended for various disability categories should be conducted. Third. it is necessary that research range of the study on vocational rehabilitation be expanded. Last. the substantial policy reflection as to study alternatives must be fulfilled.
