시각장애인 침사의 침 시술에 있어서의 위생관리에 대한 일반인의 의식에 관한 연구

국문 초록

최근 일본에서는 의료 및 침 치료 분야에서 시술상의 수지 위생에 관한 관심이 높아짐에 따라 시각 장애인 침사가 시술을 함에 있어서 위생적 우려가 예측된다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 일본의 시각장애인 침사가 침 시술을 행함에 있어서 위생적 관리가 가능한지에 대한 환자의 입장에 있는 일반인의 우려 정도에 대해 그 실태 파악을 목적으로 대학생 183 명을 대상으로 설문지 조사를 실시하였다. 그 결과 「타인의 도움 없이 위생관리가 가능하다」가 75명(41.0%), 「여러 사물을 손으로 확인하므로 손이 청결한지 걱정된다」가 50명(27.3%), 「진료소 내외의 청소가 잘 이루어져 있지 않다」가 45명 (24.6%), 「침대시트 등의 색깔이 바래있을 것이다」가 15명(8.2%)이 위생적인 면에서 불안을 느끼고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 이러한 시각장애인 침사의 침 시술의 위생관리에 대한 의식 항목과 침 치료의 위생 변에 대한 불안 항목이나 시각장애인의 특정 중 하나인 「물건을 손으로 확인한다」는 항목이 관계를 갖는지에 대해 통계적 분석을 하였다. 그 결과 「타인의 도움 없이 위생관리가 가능 하다」와「침대시트 등의 색깔이 바래있을 것이다」의 항목에서 침 치료의 위생적인 면의 불안과 「물건을 손으로 확인한다」의 항목 모두에서 유의한 관련을 볼 수 있었다. 이에 가세하여 시각 장애인에 대한 의식 항목인 「물건을 손으로 확인한다」와「여러 사물을 손으로 확인하므로 손이 청결한지 걱정 된다」는 항목 간에 의미 있는 관련이 나타났다. 이로 보아 시각장애인이 침사로서의 직무 역사가 긴 일본에서도 시각장애인에 대한 일반인의 부정적 이미지를 소유하고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다.

영문 초록

We have surveyed 183 university students using questionnaire method in order to understand general public s feeling toward hygienic control on acupuncture treatment given by the visually impaired acupuncturists. The result showed the followings: 75 students (41%) think visually impaired acupuncturists can not control on hygiene without help , 50 students (27.3%) feel unsure about cleanliness of hands of visually impaired acupuncturists because they touch many things to understand their surroundings. . 45students (24.6%) consider visually impaired acupuncturists can not be kept clean their clinics. . and 15 students think the bed sheets are dull in the clinics of visually impaired acupuncturists . In addition. these images above related to the fear for hygiene of acupuncture treatment and visually impaired person touch things to understand their surroundings that is regarded as the characteristic feature of visually impaired person. The cross analysis shows following two items. the visually impaired acupuncturists can control on hygiene without help and the bed sheets are dull in the clinics of visually impaired acupuncturists have relationship with both fear for hygiene of acupuncture treatment and visually impaired person touch things to understand their surroundings . Furthermore. there is significant relation between visually impaired person touch things to understand their surroundings and I feel unsure about cleanliness of hands of visually impaired acupuncturists because they touch many things to understand their surroundings .
