국문 초록

서비스과학에 근거하지만, 교육서비스 관점은 뜻밖에도 비판적 인적자원개발, 그리고 그 지향점으로서 일터 민주주의와 접점을 형성하고 있다. 따라서 교육서비스 관점은 가치의 공동창조와 함께 의사소통의 공동결정 또한 포용해야만 한다. 일터 민주주의의 정착을 위한 변화의 동인이라는 의미가 교육서비스 관점에 추가적으로 부여됨으로써, 교육서비스 담론은 지속가능성을 확보하고 인적자원개발과 교육이라는 영역 전반에서 가치로운 이론적 접근과 실천을 위한 준거의 틀을 제공해 줄 수 있을 것이다. 이러한 주장을 구체화하자면, 교육서비스 관점에서 중요하게 고려할 서비스 시스템 자체가 대화(conversation)의 장으로서의 의미를 가진다(김광재 외, 2011). 서비스과학에서 고객은 수동적인 존재가 아니라 서비스 시스템의 가치를 공동으로 창조하는 협력적 파트너가 된다. 이러한 가치의 공동창조는 서비스 시스템 사용자의 참여 정도에 달려 있다. 참여 정도를 결정짓는 참여적 의사소통의 중요성은 일터 민주주의에서도 동일하게 인정된다. 따라서 가치의 공동창조는 민주적 일터와 무관하지 않고, 민주적 일터를 조성하기 위한 조직 내 의사소통 양식으로서 공동결정을 포함할 수밖에 없다. 향후 가치의 공동창조와 공동결정을 함께 아우르는 교육서비스 관점을 구체화하기 위한 방향으로 보다 포용적인 교육서비스 관점 정립의 가능성, 그리고 사회적 경제의 부상에 따른 협동조합에 대한 인적자원개발 분야의 관심 촉구를 제안하였다.

영문 초록

It is based on service science, but the education service perspective is unexpectedly forming the point of contact with workplace democracy, as an aim of critical human resource development. Therefore, the education service perspective must embrace co-determination as well as value co-creation. As the education service perspective gains the significance of change initiative for the settlement of workplace democracy, education service discourse has to be sustainable and can provide a framework for theoretical approaches and practices in the field of human resource development and education. To this end, The service system itself, which is considered important from the viewpoint of educational services, has a meaning as a field of conversation (Kim et al., 2011). In service science, the customer is not a passive entity, but a cooperative partner who co-creates the value of the service system. Value co-creation depends on the degree of participation of service system users. The importance of participatory communication that determines the degree of participation is equally recognized in workplace democracy. The co-creation of values is not irrelevant to the democratic workplace, also it is bound to include co-determination as an organizational mode of communication to build a democratic workplace. In the future, in order to embody the education service perspective that includes value co-creation and co-determination, the possibility of establishing a more inclusive education service perspective, and the call for attention in the field of human resource development for cooperatives in response to the rise of the social economy were suggested.
