국문 초록

연구목적: 본 연구는 지적장애 고등학생의 진로태도에 영향을 미칠 것으로 예상되는 성취동기, 진로정체감, 사회적 지지와 진로태도 간의 구조적 관계를 밝히는데 본 연구의 목적이 있다. 연구방법: 2개 시·도(P시, K도)의 지적장애 고등학생 총 364명을 대상으로 설문을 실시한 결과를 결과 분석에 사용하였으며 기초통계분석과 구조방정식모형 분석을 수행하였다. 연구결과: 성취동기는 진로정체감으로, 성취동기는 사회적 지지로, 진로정체감은 진로태도로, 사회적 지지는 진로태도에 정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 성취동기, 진로정체감, 사회적지지, 진로태도 간의 직접효과, 간접효과, 총효과 분석 결과 성취동기는 진로정체감, 사회적 지지를 매개하여 진로태도에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 성별에 따른 구조적 관계는 모든 경로에서 유의미한 차이가 확인되었는데, 모든 경로에서 여학생이 남학생보다 통계적으로 더 유의하고 강하게 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 논의 및 결론: 지적장애 고등학생의 긍정적인 진로태도의 향상을 위해 성취동기, 진로정체감, 사회적지지를 고려한 다차원적인 접근이 필요하며, 성별을 고려한 차별화된 프로그램의 개발과 지속적인 지원이 추후 필요하다는 후속연구에 대한 방향을 제안하였다.

영문 초록

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the structural relationship among achievement motivation, career identity, social support and career attitude which are expected to affect the career attitude of high school students with intellectual disabilities. Method: This survey targeting a total of 364 high school students with intellectual disabilities in P city and G province was conducted. The results had been used for the analysis, and basic statistical analysis and structural equation modeling analysis were carried out. Results: Achievement motivation had a positive effect on career identity and social support, career identity on career attitude, and social support on career attitude. According to the result of analyzing the direct effect, indirect effect and total effect between career identity, social support and career attitude, achievement motivation had a positive effect on career attitude as mediating career identity and social support. Regarding the structural relationship by gender, a significant difference was identified in all routes. In all routes, female students had statistically more significant effects than male ones. Conclusion: It is suggested that follow-up studies on a multi-dimensional approach considering achievement motivation, career identity and social support to improve positive career attitudes of high school students with intellectual disabilities, development of differentiated programs regarding gender and continuous supports are necessary.
