장애인복지관 직업재활 서비스 개념 연구

국문 초록

이 연구는 장애인복지관 직업재활 서비스를 향상시키기 위하여 직업재활 서비스 개념을 법적, 문헌적, 실제적 측면에서 검토하고, 조작적 개념을 제시하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 선행연구에서 제시하고 있는 장애인복지관 직업재활 서비스 과정도에 의거하여 각 직업재활 서비스에 대한 개념을 제시하였다. 연구의 방법으로는 선행연구 검토, 경기도내 장애인복지관 직업재활전문가들의 협의회 개최, 선정된 전국의 장애인복지관 직업재활전문가를 대상으로 하는 설문조사 실시 등이었다. 연구의 결과로 접수, 직업재활상담, 직업평가, 적격성 결정, 직업재활계획수립, 직업(적응)훈련, 취업알선, 취업, 취업후 적응지도, 종결의 10개 직업재활 서비스에 대한 개념을 제시하였다. 또한 각 서비스의 개념에 대한 적절성을 평가하였다. 이 연구에서 제시하는 직업재활 서비스 개념을 각 장애인복지관 직업재활팀에서 보다 적절하게 이해하고 활용함으로써 직업재활 서비스 제공과정에 대한 적절성을 높이고, 이론적 실제적 토대를 공고히 할 수 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to investigate the concept of vocational rehabilitation services, in legal, bibliographical, practical aspect, respectively. Then, the study presented operational definitions of the ten services. For the purpose, prior related studies in vocational rehabilitation services were reviewed and presented ten components of services such as initial interviews, vocational rehabilitation counseling, vocational assessment, eligibility determination, vocational rehabilitation planning, vocational training, job placement, employment, follow-up, and case closure. The study used consulting of rehabilitation professionals in developing drafts of vocational rehabilitation service concepts. Also, the study conducted a survey on appropriateness of the concepts to vocational rehabilitation counselors. The results of this study would be useful to vocational rehabilitation professionals in community rehabilitation centers practically. Thus, the professionals could utilize the concepts to clarify in communicating about services each other, to understand documents fairly, and to strengthen the theory for rehabilitation case management. Further, this study would contribute to improve the effectiveness and efficiency for vocational rehabilitation services because of sophisticated concepts. The study suggested further research should be conducted to analyse major concepts in vocational rehabilitation and elaborate strategies and methods for concept analysis.
