국문 초록

직업재활이 전문직으로 인정받기 위해서는 다양한 속성들이 필요하다. 이중 외부로부터의 재가는 중요한 측면이다. 이에 본 연구는 직업재활의 한 축을 이루고 있는 장애인복지관 관리자를 중심으로 설문을 통해 직업재활 현황, 전문성과 직무특성 인식을 탐색하였다. 분석 결과 장애인복지관에서는 다양한 직업재활 사업이 운영되고 있었으며, 직업재활사의 채용도 증가하고 있다. 한편 관리자는 직업재활 사업에 대해 보통 이상의 전문성이 필요하고 인식하였으며, 다른 전문직과의 비교에서도 높은 점수를 보였다. 직무특성 또한 비교적 높게 인식되고 있었다. 직무특성에 차이를 보인 인구사회학적 특징은 성별․학력․경력으로 나타났다. 직무특성과의 상관관계에서는 경력․학력․사업전문성 인식이 정적인 관계를 연령이 부적인 관계를 보였다. 향후에는 현장 동료와 장애인 등 범위를 확대한 직업재활 전문성 인식에 대한 연구가 필요하다.

영문 초록

This study was to investigate present situation and perception to specialization and job characteristics of vocational rehabilitation through a self-reported Questionnaire on managers in Community Rehabilitation Center. As the result, this study found out that the facilities offered more a various kinds of services and program, and managers of the institutions employed more vocational re-bow companies. Also, this research showed that the mangers perceived that the workers possessed both professionalism and qualified job characteristics above the normal level so as to provide vocational rehabilitation services. In addition, this identified that demographic-sociological factors which there were differences among the types of job characteristics were sex, academic ability, and work experience. Furthermore, this study found that there were positive correlations between job characteristics and demographic-sociological factors such as academic ability, work experience, and perception to professionalism, while negative between it and age.
