직업재활실습 관련요인과 예비 직업재활사의 전문성 간의 관계 구조분석

국문 초록

본 연구는 직업재활실습을 통한 임파워먼트가 예비직업재활사의 전문성 형성에 긍정적인 영향을미치는 잠재적 요인이라는 가정 하에 직업재활현장실습과 임파워먼트가 직업재활을 전공하는학생들의 직업재활 전문성을 형성하는데 어떤 영향을 미치는가를 실증적으로 탐구하는데 목적을 두었다. 이를 위해 직업재활사 자격 및 양성과정 인증 규정에 의거 현장실습을 마치고, 학회가 인정하는 연수를 이수해야 하는 전국의 2, 4년제 직업재활전공학과를 졸업 예정인 학부생 400명을 대상으로 전수조사를 하여 총 250명의 설문 응답 내용을 토대로 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 23.0 과 AMOS 23.0을 이용하여 직업재활실습과 전문성과의 관계를 분석하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 개인요인, 기관요인, 수퍼비전요인은 직업재활 전문성에 직접적인 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났으나, 학교요인은 직업재활전문성에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 개인요인, 기관요인, 학교요인은 임파워먼트에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나, 수퍼비전요인은 직접적인 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 개인요인, 기관요인, 학교요인은 임파워먼트를 매개로 직업재활 전문성에 간접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나 수퍼비전요인은 영향을 미치지 않는것으로 나타났다. 따라서 개인요인, 기관요인, 학교요인은 임파워먼트를 매개로 전문성을 높여주는완전매개 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 예비직업재활사의 전문성을 향상시키는데 있어 임파워먼트의 매개변수 역할이 중요하다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다.

영문 초록

The aim of this study is to practically determine what effects a vocational rehabilitation practicum and empowerment can give future specialist s performance when they build a professional identity. This study assumed that empowerment through a vocational rehabilitation practicum should be the potential factor effecting vocational rehabilitation identity formation positively. For this purpose, Vocational Rehabilitation specialist finish their practicum in accordance with the qualification and course certification regulation. The survey data was collected by 250 undergraduate students that are supposed to graduate a 2 or 4 college of Rehabilitation. These students are required to take a practicum which the association approves nationally. The research used SPSS 23.0 and AMOS 23.0 for data analysis. The results of this study was first, individual factor, institution factor or supervision factor had no influence on the vocational rehabilitation professional identity, but university factor had a positive influence. Second, individual factor, institution factor and university factor had a positive influence on empowerment, but supervision factor had no influence on the empowerment. Third, empowerment had a meaningful influence by individual factor, institution factor and university factor, but supervision factor had no influence. As a result, empowerment had a completely mediated individual factor, institution factor and university factor. Based on the findings, empowerment is important factor that affect specialty of vocational rehabilitation specialists.
