청소년동반자에 관한 국내 연구동향: 학위논문과 KCI 등재지 게재논문(2006∼2018)

국문 초록

이 연구는 청소년동반자와 관련하여 국내에서 이루어지고 있는 연구 동향을 분석하고, 이를 통해 앞으로의 청소년동반자프로그램 발전 방향에 대해 제언을 하고자 한다. 이 연구는 2006년부터 2018년까지 학위논문과 KCI 등재지에 게재된 논문 49편을 중심으로 발행연도, 연구주제, 연구대상, 연구방법 등을 분석하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 발행연도별로 연구들이 꾸준히 이루어지고 있으며 2010년부터 청소년동반자 연구가 점차적으로 증가하였다. 둘째, 연구주제별로 보면 청소년동반자의 소진 관련 연구가 35%로 가장 많았고 다음으로 청소년동반자의 특성, 훈련 및 수퍼비전 연구가 20.4%로 연구되었다. 셋째, 연구대상에 포함된 피험자는 청소년동반자가 73.5%, 내담자가 16.4%, 청소년동반자와 내담자가 함께 참여한 연구가 6.1% 순이었다. 넷째, 연구방법으로는 양적 연구 61.4%, 질적 연구 28.5%, 혼합연구 8.1%로 양적 연구가 가장 많았으며 양적 연구 중에서도 회귀분석이 35%로 가장 많이 사용되었고 질적연구 중에서는 현상학적 연구가 10.2%를 차지하였다. 이 연구결과를 바탕으로 청소년동반자 연구의 주요 시사점과 향후 제언에 대해 논의하였다.

영문 초록

The purposes of this study are to analyze research trends in the nation with regard to youth companions and make proposals for the future development direction of the youth companion program. For these purposes, the study analyzed 49 papers including dissertations and the ones published in KCI in 2006~2018 in terms of the year of publication, research topic, subject, and methodology. The findings were as follows: First, there was an ongoing stream of research on youth companions according to the year of publication of such papers. The amount of research on the topic started to grow gradually in 2010; second, the most popular research topic about youth companions was burnout(35%), which was followed by the characteristics, training, and supervision of youth companions; third, the overwhelmingly popular subjects were youth companions(73.5%), which was followed by the of client(16.4%), and of youth companions and client(6.1%); and finally, the most popular methodology was quantitative research(61.4%), which was followed by qualitative research(28.5%) and mixed method research(8.1%). Of quantitative research methods, regression analysis was used most at 35%. Of qualitative research methods, phenomenological study accounted for 10.2%. Based on these findings, the study discussed major implications and future proposals for research on youth companions.
