국문 초록

본 연구는 지적장애학생의 전환역량에 영향을 미치는 요인을 문헌연구를 통해 탐색해보고, 그 결과를 바탕으로 지적장애학생의 전환역량의 개념을 정의하고 전환역량의 영역 및 영역별 요인을 탐색해보는 것을 목적으로 실시되었다. 본 연구의 결과 전환역량의 개념은 장애학생이 개인생활, 사회생활, 직업생활 영역에서 성공적으로 전환해나가기 위해 필요한 세부 수행능력들을 지니고 있는 정도로 정의내릴 수 있으며, 전환의 영역은 크게 직업, 학습, 생활(개인생활, 사회생활)로 범주화할 수 있는 것으로 나타났다. 직업 영역에서는 진로선택 및 계획, 취업지식 및 기술, 진로성숙도, 진로탄력성의 전환역량이 요구되며, 학습의 영역에서는 중등이후의 교육/훈련, 기능적 의사소통, 자기결정의 전환역량이 요구되는 것을 알 수 있었다. 그리고 생활의 영역 중 개인생활 영역에서는 독립생활, 개인 금전 관리, 건강의 전환역량이 요구되며, 사회생활의 영역에서는 지역사회 참여 및 이용, 대인관계, 여가 활동의 전환역량이 요구되는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 다른 한편으로는 전환의 영역을 직업, 학습, 생활의 영역이 아닌 고용으로의 전환, 중등 이후 교육으로의 전환, 지역사회로의 전환의 3가지 영역으로 측면으로도 범주화할 수 있는 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to explore the factors affecting the transition capability of students with intellectual disabilities through literature review and to define the concept of transition capacity of students with intellectual disabilities based on the results . As a result of this study, the concept of transition capability can be defined as having the ability to carry out the necessary skills for successful transition in working, learning, and living(personal living, social living). the area of transition can be categorized into working, learning, and living. In the field of working, career selection and planning, career knowledge and skills, career maturity, and career resilience are required. In the area of ​​learning, there is a need for the transition capability to post-secondary education/training, functional communication and self-determination. In the area of ​​personal living, independent life, personal financial management and the ability to manage health are required. In the area of ​​social living, community participation and utilization, interpersonal relationship and the ability to perform leisure activities are required. On the other hand, the area of ​​transition can be categorized not only into the areas of working, learning, and living but also into three areas of transition for employment, transition for post-secondary education, and transition for community.
