국문 초록

본 연구는 노래 중심 집단 음악 치료가 시설 미혼모의 자아존중감과 자아탄력성에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위한 것을 목적으로 하였다. 연구 대상자는 대전에 위치한 H 아동복지회 O에 거주하는 미혼모 20명이다. 이 중 10명을 실험집단. 나머지 10명을 통제집단으로 무선 배치하여 2017년 12월 1일부터 6주간 50분씩 12회에 걸쳐 노래 중심 집단 음악 치료를 시행하였다. 음악활동은 노래 부르기, 가사 분석, 노래 듣고 심상 떠올리기, 심상 그리기 등이었다. 프로그램 실시 후 전후 검사 통제 집단 설계 방식으로 평균과 표준 편차를 구하고 SPSS 18.0 통계 프로그램을 이용하여 wilcoxon의 부호 순위 검정을 시행하였다. 연구 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 내릴 수 있었다. 첫째, 노래 중심 집단 음악 치료가 시설 미혼모의 자아존중감에 영향을 미친다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 둘째, 노래 중심 집단 음악 치료가 시설 미혼모의 자아탄력성에 영향을 미친다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 본 연구의 노래 중심 집단 음악 치료는 시설 미혼모의 자아존중감과 자아탄력성 증진에 효과가 있었음을 보여준다.

영문 초록

This study is to investigate the effects of song-focused group music therapy on single mothers in a care facility self-esteem and ego- resilience. The subjects of this study are 20 single mothers who are living in the O house welfare in the section H located in Daejeon. Among them, 10 single mothers were randomly assigned to an experimental group and 10 single mothers were randomly assigned to a control group and from December 1, 2017, the center performed song-focused group music therapy 12 times every 50 minutes for six weeks to the experimental group and the control group. After the program, Paired T-test is carried out by using the control group pretest-posttest design and the IBM SPSS Statistics 18.0 program. The summary of the research s results is as follows: First, song-focused group music therapy program affects the self-esteem of the single mothers in a care facility. Second, song-focused group music therapy program affects the ego- resilience of the single mothers in a care facility. Therefore song-focused group music therapy program of this research positively affects a promotion of the self-esteem and ego- resilience of the single mothers in a care facility.
