우울증 병력이 있는 40세 이상 중·고령층 여성의 우울증 유병여부에 따른 신체계측인자, 장악력 및 삶의 질의 차이

국문 초록

목적: 본 연구는 우울증 병력이 있는 40세 이상 중·고령층 여성의 우울증 유병여부에 따른 신체계측인자, 장악력 및 건강관련 삶의 질을 비교하고자 하였다. 연구방법: 본 연구는 우울증 병력이 있는 40세 이상 여성 172명을 대상으로 분석하였다. 데이터는 2015년 국민건강영양조사의 원시자료를 이용하였다. 신체계측인자는 키, 몸무게, 허리둘레, 체질량지수가 포함되었고, 장악력은 악력계로 측정되었다. 건강관련 삶의 질은 EQ-5D로 평가되었다. 현재 우울증 여부에 따른 비교 분석을 위해 독립 t 검정이 사용되었다. 연구결과: 우울증 병력이 있는 40세 이상 중·고령층 여성에서, 현재 우울증이 있는 여성은 없는 여성에 비해EQ-5D index(p<.001)와 EQ-5D의 하위영역 중 운동능력(p=.004), 일상활동(p=.028), 통증/불편(p=.015), 불안/우울(p<.001)에서 문제를 나타냈다. 연령별 하위분석에서, 현재 우울증이 있는 여성은 우울증 없는여성에 비해 40대부터 60대까지 나이가 들수록 운동능력, 일상활동, 자기관리의 제한을 나타냈지만 70세이상에서는 큰 차이가 없었다. 결론: 본 연구의 결과 토대로 우울증 병력이 있는 40세 이상 중·고령층 여성은 우울증 회복과 관계없이 자조관리 능력에서는 어려움을 보이지 않음을 알 수 있었다.

영문 초록

Objective: The aim of this study was to compare the anthropometric parameters, grip strength, and health-related quality of life between depressed and non-depressed women in middle to older age women with depression history. Method: This study analyzed 172 women with middle to older age women with depression history. Data were collected from 2015 Korea National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey. Anthropometric parameters included height, weight, waist circumference, and body mass index, and grip strength was measured to dynamometer. The health-related quality of life was assessed as EQ-5D. Independent t test was used for comparison according to current depression. Result: Sub-domain of EQ-5D, women with depression were limited mobility (p=.004), usual activities (p=.028), pain/discomfort (p=.015), anxiety/depression (p<.05) than women without depression( p=001). In the subgroup analysis by age and women with depression, the mobility, self-care, and usual activities were limited with age from 40s to 60s years of age compared to women without depression. Conclusion: The results of this study showed that middle to older aged women with depression history showed no self-care difficulties regardless of depression recovery.
