스마트폰 사용과 신체적, 정신적 증상의 인식 및 관련성 연구-광주지역을 중심으로

국문 초록

목적: 본 연구의 목적은 스마트폰 사용에 따른 신체적, 정신적 증상을 인식하고 관계성을 조사하여, 신체적, 정신적 증상의 부정적 측면을 개선하기 위한 기초 자료를 제공하는 것이다. 연구방법: 광주광역시 거주하는 성인 남녀 403명을 대상으로 온라인 설문 조사를 실시하였다. 설문에 참여한 스마트폰 사용자들의 일반적 특성은 빈도분석을, 스마트폰 사용에 따른 신체적, 정신적 증상 사이의 상관관계를 분석하기 위하여 상관분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과: 1일 데이터 사용량에 따른 신체적 증상 범주에서는 목통증(r=.124, p<.05), 어깨 통증(r=.118, p<.05), 손목/손바닥 통증(r=.118, p<.05), 눈 피로(r=.190, p<.01), 눈 충혈/눈물(r=.155, p<.01), 시야 흐림(r=.239, p<.01)의 요인이며, 정신적 증상 범주에서는 무기력/우울(r=.121, p<.05), 간단한 일도 생각나지 않는다(r=.148, p<.01), 일에 집중도/실수 여부(r=.165, p<.01)로 관련이 있다고 나타났다. 1일 통화 사용량 따른 신체적 증상 범주는 팔/팔꿈치 통증(r=.136, p<.01), 시야 흐림 여부(r=.104, p<.05)의 요인이며, 정신적 증상 범주는 감정조절(r=.130, p<.01), 멍함(r=.110, p<.05)으로 관련이 있다고 나타났다. 결론: 스마트폰의 1일 데이터 사용과 통화 사용량은 신체적, 정신적 증상에 대해 부정적인 영향과 밀접한 관련성을 확인하였다. 향후 성인뿐만 아니라 노인의 스마트폰 부정적 측면에 대한 예방과 재활 및 개선방향에 대한 연구에 대해 기초자료로 제시할 수 있다.

영문 초록

Objective: The purpose of this study is to provide basic data to improve the negative aspects of physical and psychological symptoms by recognizing the physical and psychological symptoms according to the use of smartphone and investigating the relationship. Method: In this study, An online questionnaire survey was conducted on 403 adult men and women residing in Gwangju Metropolitan City.We analyzed the frequency characteristics of smartphone users who participated in the questionnaire and the correlation between physical and psychological symptoms according to the use of smartphone. Result: There was a significant correlation between physical and psychology symptoms according to smartphone usage (p<.05). A total of 16 variables were analyzed for the correlation between daily use of data and communication and physical and psychology symptoms of smartphone. In the physical symptom category, there were neck pain (r=.124, p<0.5), shoulder pain(r=.118, p<.05) (r=.121, p<.05). In the psychology area, helplessness (r=.239, p<.01) and depression (r=.121, p<.05). Conclusion: In conclusion, daily use of data and usage of phone in smartphone were closely related to negative effects on physical and psychological symptoms.Future prospects for prevention and rehabilitation and improvement of smartphone maladies for the elderly as well as adults can be presented as basic data.
