국문 초록

목적: 본 연구에서는 최근 10년 동안 국내 노인복지 관련 학술지에 게재된 연구 논문을 대상으로 연구동향과노인복지 관련 연구의 지식구조를 파악하고자 하였다. 연구방법: 본 연구에서는 2008년부터 2018년까지 노인복지 관련 학술지에 실린 초록에서 추출한 키워드를 활용하여 NetMiner 프로그램의 키워드 네트워크 분석(Semantic Network Analysis)의 중심성(Centrality) 및 응집성(Cohesion) 분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과: - 연결 정도 중심성 분석(Degree Centrality)에서 중심성이 높은 상위 15개의 단어는 ‘고령자(노인)’, ‘건강’, ‘노인장기요양보험’, ‘관계’, ‘시설’, ‘프로그램’, ‘직무’, ‘방문’, ‘참여’, ‘질’, ‘소득’, ‘보호’, ‘정책’, ‘이용자’, ‘급여’인 것으로 나타났다. - 매개 중심성(Between Centrality)이 높은 상위 15개의 단어는 ‘고령자(노인)’, ‘시설’, ‘경험’, ‘질’, ‘프로그램’, ‘근무’, ‘요양보호사’, ‘관계’, ‘정책’, ‘우울’, ‘간호’, ‘가족’, ‘건강’, ‘교육’, ‘스트레스’인 것으로 나타났다. - 응집성(Cohesion) 분석 결과, 노인복지연구의 하위 주제는 노인문제, 노인장기요양보험, 요양보호사, 부양의식과 노인자살로 구분할 수 있다. 결론: 본 연구의 결론 및 함의는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 한국의 노인복지연구는 2008년 이후 노인장기요양보험 중심으로 이루어지고 있으나, 치매, 인지증, 예방, 건강증진, 치료 등과 같은 제도의 본질적인 문제에 대한실천적 연구는 부족했다. 둘째, 노인의 사회 문제적 키워드를 중심으로 주로 연구되었다. 셋째, 건강, 돌봄, 부양에 대한 연구뿐만 아니라 일자리, 연금 등 소득지원정책에 대한 연구가 확대되어야한다. 넷째, 최근에 이슈가 되고 있는 커뮤니티 케어, 노인 인권, 인지증 예방 등의 다양한 연구가 확대되어야하고, 더 나아가 베이비붐 세대의 노인 세대 편입, 초고령 노인의 증가 등 인구·보건·의료·산업분야와 함께 융복합 연구가 활성화 될 필요가 있다.

영문 초록

Objective: This study was designed to identify trends in research and the knowledge structure of elderly welfare related research in a research paper published in a Korean journal on senior welfare for the past 10 years. Method: In this study, the Centrality and Cohesive analysis of the Keyword Network Analysis of the NetMiner Program was conducted using keywords extracted from the journal on senior welfare from 2008 to 2018. Result: - The top 15 words with a highly central to the degree are ‘aged’, ‘health’, ‘long-term care’, ‘relationship’, ‘program’, ‘work’, ‘visiting service’, ‘participation’, ‘quality’, ‘income’, ‘protection’, ‘policy’, ‘user’ and ‘payment’. - The top 15 words with a high degree of care centering(between centrality) are ‘aged’, ‘facility’, ‘experience’, ‘quality’, ‘program’, ‘work’, ‘career’, ‘care-giver’, ‘relationship’, ‘policy’, ‘depression’, ‘nursing’, ‘family’, ‘health’, ‘education’ and ‘stress’. - As a result of Cohesion analysis, sub-topics of the study can be divided into the problems of the elderly, the long-term care insurance, care-giver, consciousness for supporting parents, and suicide. Conclusion: The results and implications of this study are as follows: First, Korea s elderly welfare research has been centered on the long-term care insurance for the elderly since 2008, but there has been a lack of practical studies on the essential problems of the system such as dementia, cognitive symptoms, prevention and treatment. Second, the study was mainly focused on the social problem keywords of the elderly. Third, research is required not only on health, care and support but also on income support policies such as jobs and pensions. Fourth, diverse research such as community care, prevention of senior citizens human rights and cognitive symptoms, which has recently become an issue, should be expanded, and furthermore, combined with the population, health, medical and industrial fields, including the inclusion of the older generation.
