기독청소년의 자아분화 및 자기효능감과 진로성숙도와의 관계 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 기독청소년의 자아분화 및 자기효능감과 진로성숙도와의 관계를 탐구하기 위한 것이다. 자료수집을 위해 수도권 지역의 교회 15곳에 출석 중인 중․고등학생 492명을 대상으로 자아분화, 자기효능감, 진로성숙도 척도를 사용하였다. 자료분석을 위하여 상관분석, 중다회귀분석, t-test, ANOVA를 사용하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 자아분화는 진로성숙도 전체 변량의 약 20%를 설명하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 자기효능감은 진로성숙도 전체 변량의 약 24%를 설명하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 성별 집단의 차이를 살펴본 결과 자아분화와 자아분화의 하위요인 중 가족투사과정, 진로성숙도의 하위요인 중 목적성이 남학생보다 여학생이 유의하게 높은 것으로 확인되었다. 넷째, 중학생의 학년 간 집단의 차이를 살펴본 결과 각 변인 간의 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았으며, 고등학생의 학년 간 집단의 차이를 살펴본 결과 고3학년에서 자아분화의 하위요인 중 자아통합과 진로성숙도의 하위요인 중 결정성, 목적성, 확신성이 높아진 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 이러한 연구결과는 기독청소년의 진로상담에 활용할 수 있는 기초자료를 마련했다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

This study is to explore the relation between Christian adolescent’s self-differentiation, self-efficacy, and career maturity. For data collection, this study used the scale of self-differentiation, self-efficacy and career maturity to 492 middle school and high school students who attend 15 churches in metropolitan area. For data analysis, correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis, t-test and ANOVA were conducted. The results are as follows: First, it was found that the self-differentiation explained about 20% of total variance of career maturity. Second, it was found that the self-efficacy explained about 24% of total variance of career maturity. Third, it was found that the family projecting process among self-differentiation and its sub-factors, and finality among the sub-factor of career maturity were high in girls than boys. Fourth, no significant difference was found when the groups were examined by grade of the middle school students. As a result of examining the differences by grade of high school students, it was found that the self-integration, a sub-factor of self-differentiation, and the determinacy, finality, and certainty which are sub-factors of career maturity, became significantly higher. The results of this study are meaningful in that it provided basic data that can be utilized in career counseling with Christian youth.
