대학생의 성인애착과 정서조절의 관계: 마음챙김과 정신화의 매개효과

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 대학생의 성인애착과 정서조절의 관계에서 마음챙김과 정신화의 매개효과를 확인하는데 있다. 이를 위해 서울, 경기 지역에 소재한 대학생 451명을 대상으로 설문조사를 통해 자료를 수집하였고, 성인애착이 마음챙김과 정신화를 매개로 하여 정서조절에 영향을 미치는 구조모형을 설정하고 이를 분석하였다. 그 결과 측정모형은 자료에 적합한 것으로 확인되었으며, 마음챙김에서 정신화로 향하는 경로를 설정한 가설모형이 두 변인간의 경로를 설정하지 않은 경쟁모형에 비해 더 적합한 것으로 나타났다. 구체적으로 살펴보면, 애착불안과 애착회피는 마음챙김을 통해 정신화에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 마음챙김은 정신화를 통해 정서조절곤란에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 마음챙김은 애착불안과 애착회피가 정서조절에 미치는 영향을 완전매개 하였고, 정신화는 애착불안과 애착회피가 정서조절에 미치는 영향을 완전매개 하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으로 상담 실제에 대한 시사점 및 후속 연구에 대한 제안을 논의하였다.

영문 초록

The objective of this research is to verify the mediation role of mindfulness and mentalization in the relationship between adult attachment and emotion regulation of university students. To do this, the researchers collected data from a survey of 451 university students in Seoul and Gyunggi-do region and set up a structural equating model. In the result from the data analyzed, the model was suitable. The hypothetical model set the path from mindfulness to mentalization, was more appropriate than the one that was not established in the between two variables route. Concretely, it is appeared that attachment anxiety and attachment avoidance influence mentalization through mindfulness and that mindfulness influences emotion dysregulation through mentalization. In addition, mindfulness completely mediated the effect of attachment anxiety and attachment avoidance on emotion regulation and mentalization fully mediated the effect of attachment anxiety and attachment avoidance on emotion regulation. Based on these results, suggestions for clinical counselling and the directions for follow-up research are discussed.
