불안에 대한 미술치료 연구동향

국문 초록

본 연구는 최근 10년간 불안에 대한 연구 동향을 분석함으로써 향후 불안과 관련한 미술치료의 구체적인 연 구방향을 제시하는데 그 목적이 있다. 2007년부터 2016년까지 10년간 연구된 불안에 대한 미술치료 석？박사 학위논문과 KCI등재 및 등재후보 학술지 173편을 연구대상(연령, 성별, 인원, 문제유형), 연구방법(연구유형, 연 구설계, 측정방식), 연구내용(회기구성, 프로그램 구성근거 및 프로그램 형태, 치료기법)으로 분석한 결과는 다음 과 같다. 첫째, 연구대상별 동향은 성인, 여성, 개인, 일반 문제유형을 대상으로 한 연구가 많았다. 둘째, 연구방 법은 질적연구가 가장 많았으며, 단일집단설계를 많이 적용하는 것으로 나타났고 대부분 사전？사후 측정방식 을 사용한 것으로 확인되었다. 셋째, 연구내용의 회기구성은 60분∼90분 사이, 주 1회, 11∼20회기에 걸친 연구 가 가장 많이 나타났고 미술치료이론을 근거로 한 프로그램 구성이 가장 많았다. 또한, 구조화된 형태의 프로 그램이 가장 활발히 연구되고 있으며, 치료기법은 혼합기법을 주로 사용하는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 결과를 통해 미술치료 연구를 위한 유용한 기초 자료를 마련하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to present future research direction for art therapy related to anxiety by analyzing research trends of anxiety over the past 10 years. A total of 173 articles, master’s / bachelor’s theses, and KCI-listed and list candidates from between 2007 and 2016 were analyzed based on study subjects (age, sex, number of study subjects and problem types), study method (study type, research design & measurement method), and study content (session configuration, program composition basis and type, and treatment technique). The results are as follows. First, as for study subjects, many research studies focused on adult females, individuals, and general problem types. Second, as for study method, qualitatively researches were the most common. Single group design was mainly applied, and most pre-/post-measurement method. Third, as for study session configuration, 60 to 90 minutes , once a week, from 11 to 20 sessions, and programs based on art therapy theory were the most common. In addition, structured programs have been actively studied, and mixed techniques have been widely used as the main treatment techniques. Based on the above results, we provided useful basic data for the study of art therapy related to anxiety.
