대학 운동선수의 스트레스 및 우울 수준에 따른 ‘빗속의 사람(PITR)’그림 반응특성 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 대학 운동선수들의 지각된 스트레스 및 우울 수준에 따른 ‘빗속의 사람(PITR)’그림검사에서 나타 난 반응특성을 분석하여 스트레스 및 우울을 진단하는 도구로서 활용 가능성을 검증하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이 를 위해 본 연구는 서울특별시에 소재한 H대학교에 재학 중인 운동선수 251명을 대상으로 실시되었으며 측정 도구는 지각된 스트레스(PSS) 척도, 우울(BDI) 척도 및 ‘빗속의 사람(PITR)’그림검사이다. 스트레스 및 우울 수 준에 따른 PITR그림검사 반응특성을 분석하기 위해 스트레스 및 우울 수준을 상, 하위그룹으로 분류하여 t-test 를 실시하고, 개인의 배경변인에 따른 차이를 분석하기 위해 t-test와 일원변량분석(one-way ANOVA)을 실시하 였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대학 운동선수의 지각된 스트레스와 우울 수준 간에는 정(+)의 상관관계 가 있었다. 둘째, 지각된 스트레스 수준에 따른 PITR그림검사 반응특성에는 유의한 차이가 있었다. 셋째, 우울 수준에 따른 PITR그림검사 반응특성에도 유의한 차이가 있었다. 넷째, 대학 운동선수의 배경변인에 따른 PITR 그림검사의 반응특성의 경우 운동종목에서는 유의하였으나 성별 및 운동경력에서는 유의하지 않았다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to analyze the different responses in “Person in the Rain” (PITR) drawing test according to stress and depression level in university athletes, and to investigate the possibility of applying the drawing test as a diagnostic tool in measuring stress and depression levels. To achieve this research purpose, perceived stress(PSS) scale, Beck depression inventory (BDI) scale and PITR drawing test were used for 251 university athletes attending H university in Seoul. T-test was performed to examine different responses between the upper group and lower group based on perceived stress scale (PSS) score and BDI score, and one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) was performed to examine different responses according to individual background. The results were as follows. First, there was positive correlation between stress level and depression level in university athletes. Second, there was significant difference in the response characteristic of the PITR drawing test according to the level of stress. Third, there was significant difference in the response characteristic of the PITR drawing test according to the level of depression (BDI). Fourthly, there was significant difference in the response characteristic of the PITR drawing test according to each athlete’s sport, but there was not significant difference according to gender or exercise regimen.
