미술치료사 자기효능감에 대한 개념도 연구

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 개념도 연구법(concept mapping method)을 활용하여 미술치료사들이 치료사로써 경험하 는 자기효능감에 영향을 미치는 관련 직무 영역과 역량 요소를 확인하는데 있다. 이를 위해 초심미술치료사 8 명과 경력 상담자 8명을 대상으로 면접을 실시하여 핵심문장을 추출하고, 다차원 척도법(Multidimensional Scaling)과 위계적 군집분석(Hierarchical cluster analysis)을 실시하였다. 그 결과 초심미술치료사와 경력미술치 료사의 미술치료사의 자기 효능감 요소는 각각 2차원의 군집 4개와 5개로 분류되었다. 초심 미술치료사 집단에 서는 ‘미술을 매개로 한 치료적 개입-치료자 태도와 자질’차원, 그리고 ‘치료사의 치료적 역량-치료사 외적 요인’ 차원에서 심리치료 계획과 진행, 미술치료 난제 다루기, 미술의 치료적 활용을 통한 치료 개입 기술, 미술치료 사의 치료적 태도와 자질이라는 군집이 도출되었고 경력 미술치료사 집단에서는 ‘미술을 매개로한 치료적 개입 -치료자를 매개로한 치료적 개입’차원, 그리고 ‘치료사의 치료적 역량-치료사 외적 요인’ 차원에서 미술치료 난 제 다루기, 미술의 치료적 활용을 통한 치료 개입기술, 치료적 관계역동 활용능력, 심리치료 조력기술, 치료사로서의 개인내적 경험에 대한 자각과 조절이라는 군집이 도출되었다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to explore the art therapist’s experience of self-efficacy using the concept mapping method in order to confirm the areas and factors of art therapist’s self-efficacy. 8 novice art therapists and 8 seasoned art therapists were interviewed and core items were extracted. After conducting multidimensional scaling and hierarchical cluster analysis, factors that affect self-efficacy recognized by novice and seasoned art therapists were classified under 2 dimensions. The 2 dimensions of the factors from novice art therapists were ‘therapeutic attitude and therapeutic intervention-Art based therapeutic intervention’ and ‘Art therapist competence’？Art therapist external factor’ and the four categories were performing therapeutic skills and intervention, handling challenging art therapy situation, performing therapeutic skills and intervention through art, managing therapeutic attitude. The two dimensions of the factors from seasoned art therapists were ‘Art therapist competence’？Art therapist external factor’ and ‘Art based therapeutic intervention-Art therapist and therapeutic intervention.’, and 5 clusters were handling challenging art therapy situation, performing therapeutic skills and intervention through art, performing therapeutic intervention in therapy-client relationship dynamics, therapeutic helping skills, and managing and focusing self awareness as an art therapist.
