학교폭력 감소와 예방을 위한 미술프로그램 개발

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 학교폭력 감소와 예방을 위한 미술프로그램 개발이다. 프로그램 개발을 위해 학교폭력 관 련 국내외 연구 및 프로그램을 수집하였다. 또한 폭력 감소와 예방에 대한 인식과 기대를 파악하기 위해 전국 초, 중, 고 교사들과 학생들에게 설문조사를 하고 전문가 의견과 심층면담 결과를 분석하였다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 학생들이 미술활동을 통해 폭력적, 공격적 감정들을 표출하고 정화함으로써 폭력을 감소하고 예방하 는 프로그램을 개발하였다. 프로그램은 20개의 미술프로그램으로 구성되며 기본 틀은 단계, 주제, 형태, 목표, 회기 흐름, 시간, 참여 인원수(개인, 집단), 재료, 준비사항을 제시한다. 목표는 정서안정, 표현력, 자존감, 사회 성, 공동체 의식, 문제 해결력 향상이다. 본 프로그램 개발은 학생인성교육 정책을 지원하기 위하여 교사, 상담 사, 미술치료사들이 활용할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다. 또한 본 연구가 가해학생들과 피해학생들에게 치료적 효 과를 주며, 학교에서는 예방적 효과를 줄 수 있기를 기대한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to develop an art program to reduce and prevent school violence. To develop this program, we collected the internal and external studies related to school violence. To find out the perceptions and expectations of violence reduction and prevention, we randomly selected surveys of elementary, middle, and high school teachers and students across country, and analyzed the results. Studies gave expert opinions and in - depth interviews. From the results of these studies, we developed a program to reduce and prevent violence by expressing and cleansing violent and aggressive feelings through art activities. The program comprises 20 art activities and its basic frame presents phase, subject, form, aim, flow, time, the number of participants (individual, group), material and arrangement. The goal is to improve subjects' emotional stability, expressiveness, self - esteem, sociability, community consciousness and problem solving ability. This program can be used by teachers, counsellors, and art therapists to support the policy of student personality education. We expect that this study can offer therapeutic effects to offenders and victimized students and also have preventive effects in schools.
