한부모가정 유아자녀의 문제행동 및 부모역할 개선을 위한 부모-자녀 미술치료 사례연구

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 부모-자녀 미술치료가 한부모가정 유아자녀의 문제행동 및 부모역할 개선에 미치는 영향 을 알아보는 것이다. 연구대상은 대도시에 거주하는 한부모가정의 부-자(5세), 모-자(5세) 2가족 총 4명이며 각각 자녀의 문제행동으로 인해 어려움을 겪는 가정이다. 치료의 효과와 내용을 살펴보기 위한 다중사례연구로서 부 -자, 모-자 사례를 각각 주1회(1시간 30분) 10회기씩 진행하고 각 사례에 대해 척도에 따른 양적인 변화를 사전, 사후 비교하고 회기별 내용을 사례연구방법에 따라 분석하였다. 측정도구로는 CBCL 1.5-5(Oh & Kim, 2009)과 부모역할 척도(Kim, E. J. et al., 2010)를 사용하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 유아자녀의 문제행동은 전 반적인 개선을 보였다. 또한 부-자 미술치료 사례, 모-자 미술치료 사례 모두 부모역할이 긍정적으로 변화하였 다. 내용을 분석한 결과 부-자, 모-자 사례 모두 문제의 원인, 치료과정, 변화가 유사하였다. 본 연구결과는 사례 연구이므로 한부모가정의 부모-자녀 미술치료의 효과를 살펴보는 더 많은 연구가 필요하다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to identify the effect of parent-child art therapy for the treatment of problem behavior in preschool children from single parent families and to improve parenting roles. The subjects were part of two single-parent families living in a large metropolitan area, a father-child pair (5-year-old child) and a mother-child pair (5-year-old child). Each pair came from a family of four that was having difficulty as a result of the child’s behavior. In order to examine the effects and content of the treatment, each pair of participants attended one 90-minute session per week for a total of 10 sessions. Preand post-intervention data was collected from each pair using the CBCL 1.5-5 (Oh & Kim, 2009) and parenting scale(Kim, E. J. et al., 2010), and was analyzed according to the case study protocol. The results of this study are as follows. Overall, the children’s problem behavior showed improvement. Parenting practices in both the mother-child and father-child pairs also changed positively. Data analysis showed that the problem etiology, course of treatment, and changes were similar between the two groups. However, More research is needed to determine the effectiveness of parent child art therapy for improving problematic behavior in children and for improving parenting practices.
