국문 초록

본 연구는 행동수정 방법을 가미한 미술치료 프로그램이 부적응 행동을 보이는 아동의 문제행동 감소에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고자 하였다. 연구대상은 미술심리상담센터에 의뢰된 아동들 중 K-CBCL검사 결과에서 문제행동증후군 척도에서 준임상수준 이상의 심각성을 보이는 아동 3명을 대상으로 선정하였다. 대상자는 주 1~2회 총 32회기 행동수정을 가미한 미술치료 프로그램을 실시하였으며, 측정도구는 K-CBCL검사와 K-HTP, 표적행동 관찰지를 통해 대상아동의 문제행동증후군 척도, 내면화, 외현화 문제 행동의 사전, 사후의 변화를 관 찰하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 행동수정을 가미한 미술치료 프로그램이 문제행동을 보이는 아 동의 문제행동증후군 척도, 내면화 척도, 외현화 척도에서 점수의 감소를 보여 프로그램이 효과성이 입증되었 다. 둘째, K-HTP를 통해 행동수정을 가미한 미술치료 프로그램이 문제행동의 감소에 효과적이었다. 셋째, 행동 수정을 가미한 미술치료 프로그램이 부적응 아동의 표적행동관찰지에 의한 내면화, 외현화 문제 행동 감소의 변화가 있었다. 이와 같은 결론에 의해 행동수정을 가미한 미술치료 프로그램이 부적응 행동을 보이는 아동의 문제행동 감소에 효과가 있다는 의의를 가진다.

영문 초록

This research is to see how the art therapy that adds behavior change method influences children who have behavior of maladjustment. The research targeted threechildren who showed seriousness in problem behavior syndrome scale of the result of K-CBCL test from children at the art psychology counseling center. Participants were involved in an art therapy program that added a total of 32 times of change of action one to two times a week. The measurement tools were the K-CBCL test and the K-HTP. Through target action observation, we observed the problem behavior syndrome scale, change of internalization, and externalization problem behavior of the target children. The result of the research is following. First, there was a score decrease in problem behavior syndrome scale, internalization scale, externalization scale of children who have problem behavior through the art therapy program adding the change of action, showing support for the effect of the program. Second, through the K-HTP, the art therapy adding change of action was effective in decreasing problem behavior. Third, there was internalization and externalization problem behavior decrease through target behavior observation of the child by the art therapy program adding change of action. Findings demonstrate that the art therapy program adding change of action has an effect in decreasing of children's problematic behavior that shows maladjustment behavior.
