ADHD 성향 아동의 창의성 증가와 부주의성 및 과잉행동, 충동성 감소를 위한 인지학(人智學) 집단미술치료 프로그램 개발 및 효과

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 인지학 집단미술치료 프로그램을 개발하여 이를 ADHD 성향 아동에게 제공하고 그 효과 를 검증하고자 하는 것이다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 연구Ⅰ과 연구Ⅱ로 구성하여 진행하였다. 연구대상은 G 광역시 지역아동센터 ADHD 성향 아동으로 실험집단 12명, 대기집단 10명으로 구성하였다. 이후 실험집단에게 인지학 집단미술치료 본 프로그램 12회기를 실시하여 그 효과를 검증하였으며 주요한 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 창의성 검사에서 실험집단이 대기집단보다 유의미한 결과를 보였다. 창의성의 하위요소 중 유창성, 독창 성, 제목의 추상성, 정교성, 성급한 종결에의 저항에서 실험집단에서 대기집단에 비해 유의미한 증가를 보였다. 둘째, 주의력결핍 과잉행동증상에서 실험집단이 대기집단보다 유의미한 결과를 보였다. 주의력결핍 과잉행동증 상의 하위요소 중 부주의, 과잉행동충동성에서 실험집단에서 대기집단보다 유의미한 감소를 보였다. 이러한 연 구결과 본 연구에서 개발한 인지학 집단미술치료 프로그램은 ADHD 성향 아동의 창의성 증가와 부주의, 과잉 행동충동성 감소에 효과적인 프로그램으로 검증되었다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of the anthroposophy group art therapy in children with ADHD children, to develop an effective art therapy program and to provide it to the children. The research was composed of two parts: Research I and Research II. The program was applied 12 times to an experimental group(n=12) and a waiting group(n=10,) who are in G Regional Children’s Center. The major results of the research were as follows. First, in the creativity test, the experimental group showed more meaningful results than the waiting group. Fluency, originality, abstraction of title, granularity, resistance to premature closure in the experimental group, of subordinate elements in creativity, showed a more meaningful increase compared to the waiting group. Second, in the aspect of attention deficit hyperactivity symptoms, the experimental group showed a more meaningful result than the waiting group. Of subordinate elements in attention deficit hyperactivity symptoms, negligence and hyperactiveimpulsivity in the experimental group decreased more meaningfully than those in the waiting group. Therefore the anthroposophy group art therapy program developed in this research verifies as an effective program in improving attention deficiency and creativity and in reducing hyperactive impulse in children.
