추상표현 중심 미술치료 프로그램이 통합학급 장애학생의 내재화 증상에 미치는 효과

국문 초록

본 연구에서는 추상표현 중심 미술치료 프로그램을 개발하고 프로그램이 통합학급 장애학생의 내재화 증상 에 미치는 효과를 검증하였다. 연구대상은 TRF의 내재화 증상 점수가 임상범위에 해당하는 통합학급 장애학생 10명이며, 연구대상자들을 실험집단과 통제집단으로 균형집단 편성의 방법을 활용하여 무선할당하였다. 실험집 단 학생들을 대상으로 2012년 9월 4일부터 11월 23일까지 5명 모두 개별적으로 프로그램을 실시하였고 평균 일 주일에 2회기를 기준으로 한 회기당 60분 이상 진행하였다. 프로그램의 효과를 검증하기 위해 이 연구에서는 양적 자료 분석 방법과 질적 자료 분석 방법을 함께 사용 하였다. 질적 자료 분석에서는 프로그램을 적용받은 실험집단 5명의 회기별 작품과 태도의 변화과정을 분석하 였다. 양적 자료 분석에서는 프로그램 적용 전?후의 실험집단과 통제집단 간 TRF 내재화 증상 점수, 하위척도 인 불안/우울, 위축/우울 점수에 대한 차검증(두 독립표본 t 검증)을 실시하였다. 이 연구의 주요 결과는 다음 과 같다. 첫째, 프로그램에 참여한 실험집단은 프로그램에 참여하지 않은 통제집단보다 TRF 내재화증상 점수가 의미있게 더 낮았다. 둘째, 프로그램에 참여한 실험집단은 프로그램에 참여하지 않은 통제집단보다 TRF 불안/ 우울 하위척도 점수가 의미있게 더 낮았다. 셋째, 프로그램에 참여한 실험집단은 프로그램에 참여하지 않은 통 제집단보다 TRF 위축/우울 하위척도 점수가 의미있게 더 낮았다. 넷째, 프로그램에 참여한 실험집단은 회기별 작품과 태도에서 내재화 증상이 많이 감소하였다. 이렇게 볼 때, 본 추상표현 중심 미술치료 프로그램은 향후 내재화 증상을 겪는 통합학급 장애학생들의 정서적 어려움을 완화시켜 줄 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

영문 초록

The purposes of this study were to develop abstract expression-centered art therapy program and investigate the effects of the program on the symptoms of internalization of students with disabilities in inclusive classrooms. Based on the results of TRF, ten students with disabilities as well as internalizing symptoms in inclusive classrooms were recruited. This participants were placed by random assignment of balancing group sampling into the control group and the experimental group. An abstract expression-centered art therapy program was carried out 2 sessions a week, total 20, for over 60 minutes each. Qualitative analyses and quantitative were used to examine the effects of program. The change results of each session and attitude were used for qualitative analysis while the results of pre-TRF and post-TRF were used for quantitative analysis. The major findings of the study were as the followings. The major findings of the study were as the followings. First, participants in the experimental group showed internalizing symptoms in change results of each session and attitude significantly lower than before, while participants in the control group showed no differences in internalizing symptoms. Second, participants in the experimental group showed internalizing scores in TRF significantly lower than before, while participants in the control group showed no differences in internalizing symptoms. Third, participants in the experimental group showed anxiety/depression scores in TRF subtest significantly lower than before, while participants in the control group showed no differences in anxiety/depression scores. Fourth, participants in the experimental group showed withdrawn/depression scores in TRF subtest significantly lower than before, while participants in the control group showed no differences in withdrawn/depression scores.
