장애아동 어머니 미술치료 효과에 대한 메타분석

국문 초록

본 연구는 2001년부터 2013년까지 국내에서 연구된 장애아동 어머니 미술치료에 대한 논문을 메타분석 하여 장애아동 어머니 미술치료 효과에 대해 신뢰할 수 있고 타당성 있는 결론을 도출하는데 목적이 있다. 국내 석 ㆍ박사학위 논문과 학술지에 게재된 논문 중 본 연구 목적에 맞는 최종 19편의 논문을 선정하여 분석대상으로 삼았다. 연구결과를 통해 얻은 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 장애아동 어머니 미술치료 논문의 전반적인 경향을 살펴본 결과 연도로는 2011년과 2012년에, 자료출처는 석사학위논문이, 전공으로는 미술ㆍ예술치료 전공이 가장 많은 것으로 나타났다. 종속변인별로는 스트레스완화 영역이, 집단크기는 8-10명이, 주로 사용된 매체는 평면매 체가, 주로 사용된 기법으로는 혼합기법이, 총 시행횟수는 11-15회기, 회기당 90-120분씩, 주 1회 시행하는 것이 가장 많은 분포를 나타내었다. 둘째, 장애아동 어머니에 대한 미술치료프로그램의 전체 평균 효과크기는 1.90으 로 미술치료 실시 후 97.13%만큼의 개선을 보였다. 셋째, 장애아동 어머니를 대상으로 8-10명의 집단크기로 구 성하여 입체에서 혼합기법으로 총 10회기이하, 주 1회, 120분이상으로 프로그램을 진행하면 미술치료 효과크기 가 높은 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

This study aims to extract a reliable and reasonable conclusion on the art therapy effect through meta analysis of domestic theses on art therapy for disabled children's mothers which were studied and published from 2001 to 2013. Among the domestic master's and doctoral theses and those published in academic journals, 19 theses suitable for the purpose of this study were chosen for analysis. The study results are as follows. First, in general, the biggest number of theses on art therapy for disabled children's mothers was published in 2011 and 2012, master's theses occupied the biggest proportion of materials, and fine arts and art therapy occupied the biggest proportion of majors. The major dependent variable was the scope of stress relaxation, most groups consisted of 8 to 10 subjects, two-dimensional materials and mixed technique were mainly used, total 11 to 15 sessions of art therapy were conducted, art therapy was conducted for 90 to 120 minutes per session and it was conducted once a week. Second, the average effect size of the art therapy program for disabled children's mothers was 1.90 and it improved by 97.13% after the art therapy program. Third, the art therapy effect was high when the group size of disabled children's mothers was 8 to 10, three-dimensional media and hybrid technique were used, a total of 10 sessions were conducted and the program was provided for over 120 minutes once a week.
