지적장애아동의 사회인지-집단미술치료프로그램 개발 및 적용

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 지적장애아동의 사회인지 집단미술치료 프로그램을 개발하고, 그 효과를 검증하는 것이었 다. 프로그램의 효과는 프로그램 과정에서의 사회인지 변화와 사회인지 척도를 사전, 사후, 추후에 실시하여, 반 복측정분산으로 검증하였다. 연구대상은 지적장애아동으로 실험집단 9명, 통제집단 9명이었다. 프로그램은 주 1 회 60분씩, 16회기 실시되었다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 지적장애아동의 사회인지 집단미술치료 프로그램 이 개발되었다. 지적장애아동의 사회인지 프로그램에 대한 선행연구의 제한점과 전문가 토의를 기초로 예비프 로그램을 구성하였다. 예비프로그램을 실시하고 수정하여, 본 프로그램을 개발하였다. 둘째, 사회인지 집단미술 치료 프로그램은 사회인지에 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 회기진행과정에서 사회인지 향상을 볼 수 있었다. 또한 사회인지 점수가 실험집단에서 유의미하게 향상되었으며, 그 효과가 지속되었다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to develop social cognition group art therapy program for childern with mental retardation and to investigate its effect. The subjects were 9 children in the experimental group & 9 children in the control group. There were 16 sessions and each session lasted 60 minute. Program was conducted once a week. The change of social cognition during the sessions and the score of inventory on social cognition were used to verify the effect. With the inventory, pre-test, post-test, & follow-up-test were executed and ANOVA with repeated measures was conducted. The results were as follows. First, program was developed. preliminary program was composed based on limitations of preliminary literature and face validity of experts. Preliminary program was conducted & was supplemented. Second, program was found to be effective in social cognition. There were positive changes of social cognition during the sessions. Also there was significant change in the score of social cognition in the experimental group. The score in the posttest was higher than the score in pretest. The score in the follow-up-test showed that the score in the posttest maintained.
