루돌프 슈타이너의 인지학(Anthroposophie)에 대한 미술치료적 관점에서의 탐색 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 루돌프 슈타이너의 이론에 기초하여 인지학(人智學, Anthroposophie) 미술치료를 탐색한 연구다. 본 연구는 미술치료의 다양성과 방법론이 요구되는 현 시점에서 루돌프 슈타이너의 인지학 이론과 인지학적 인간이해, 인지학적 미술치료의 원리, 특성, 기법 등을 탐색하였다. 이는 또 다른 미술치료의 방법론을 모색함과 아울러 국내 미술치료에 다양한 미술치료이론과 방법을 소개하고 인간본질에 대한 탐구와 인간학에 대한 중요 성을 인식하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구를 통해 얻게 된 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 루돌프 슈타이너의 인지학적 미술치료의 이론적 탐색을 통해 인간에 대한 새로운 인식과 인간이해에 대한 보다 폭 넓은 시각을 가지게 되 었다. 둘째, 슈타이너의 인지학적 미술치료는 우리들의 개별적인 치료를 위한 것 뿐 만 아니라 전체 생활환경 과 관련한 통합적인 전인적 치료를 지향한다는 것을 알게 되었다. 셋째, 루돌프 슈타이너의 인지학적 미술치료 내용 탐색을 통해 소묘, 회화, 조형의 각 기법이 가지고 있는 인지학적 특성을 이해하고 신체적 심리적 인간이 해를 바탕으로 각 기관과 연결시켜 놓은 부분으로 대상자 이해에 훨씬 더 다가갈 수 있게 되었다.

영문 초록

This is a study that explored anthroposophical art therapy based on Rudolf Steiner’s theory. At the present time requiring a variety of art therapy and methodology, this study has explored Rudolf Steiner’s anthroposophy theory and the principle, characteristics, techniques, etc. of anthroposophical art therapy. The purpose of the study is to seek the methodology of another art therapy as well as to introduce various art therapy theory and method to the domestic art therapy. Conclusions of the study are as follows: First, theoretical exploration of Rudolf Steiner anthroposophical art therapy made us get a new awareness of human beings and wider vision on human understanding. Second, we got to know that Steiner’s anthroposophical art therapy not only intends our individual treatment but also aims at integrated holistic treatment relating to the whole living environment. Third, through the content exploration of Rudolf Steiner anthroposophical art therapy, we got to understand the anthroposophical characteristics that each technique of drawing, painting and modeling has, and on the basis of physical and psychological human understanding, we got to be able to reach much more at the subject understanding with parts connected to each organization.
