현실요법 집단미술치료가 아동의 내적통제성과 대인관계에 미치는 효과

국문 초록

본 연구는 현실요법 집단미술치료가 아동의 내적통제성과 대인관계에 미치는 효과를 알아보고자 하였다. 연구대상은 부산시에 위치한 D지역아동센터 11명으로 실험집단 5명, 통제집단 6명으로 무선배치하였다. 연구기간은 2008년 6월 4일부터 2008년 7월 25일까지 주 2회, 100분씩 모두 15회기에 걸쳐 실시하였으며, 측정도구로는 내적통제성 척도, 대인관계 척도, K-HTP, KSD 그림검사를 사용하였다. 본 연구에 대한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 현실요법 집단미술치료를 실시한 결과, 실험집단의 내적 통제성이 통계적으로 유의미하게 향상된 것으로 나타났으며, K-HTP 그림검사에서도 효율적인 선택을 하는 반응들이 나타나 현실요법 집단미술치료가 아동의 내적통제성 향상에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 현실요법 집단미술치료를 실시한 결과, 실험집단의 대인관계가 전반적으로 향상되었으며, 그 중 만족감과 이해성이 통계적으로 유의미하게 향상된 것으로 나타났다. 또한 KSD 그림검사에서도 타인과의 긍정적인 상호작용이 나타나 현실요법 집단미술치료가 아동의 대인관계 향상에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 이상에서 살펴본 바와 같이 현실요법을 적용한 집단미술치료는 어려운 환경에 처해 있는 아동들에게 긍정적인 효과를 줄 수 있는 프로그램으로 판단이 되며, 본 연구의 결과는 비슷한 상황의 내담자들에게 적용될 수 있는 프로그램 개발을 위한 이론적 기반을 제공한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to find out the effect of group art treatment using reality therapy on the internal control and interpersonal relationship of children. The 11 children of D-Community Child Center in Busan were sampled for the study, and placed 5 in experimental group and 6 in control group by random. Experimental group were given the program of group art treatment using reality therapy from Jun. 4. 2008 to July. 25. 2008, having total 15 sessions with 2 sessions a week, each lasting 100 minutes. The instrument used for this study were the Internal Control Scale, the Interpersonal Relationship Scale and K-HTP, KSD drawing test. The results of this study were as follow. First, group art treatment using reality therapy was significant influence on internal control of experimental group, and there was a positive effect to enhance internal control of children that were shown to respond an efficient choice in tested drawing K-HTP. Second, group art treatment using reality therapy was influence on interpersonal relationship of experimental group generally, expecially the satisfaction and the comprehension of them were significant influence. And there were positive effects to enhance interpersonal relationship of children that were shown to interaction with others positively in tested drawing KSD. In conclusion group art treatment using reality therapy is a program to positive effect on children who are in difficult situation and to provide a theoretical foundation for client who are in similar situations.
