온라인 기초학력 진단-보정 시스템에 대한 교사의 성별, 사용경험, 학교유형이 사용의도 관련 변인에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

연구목적: 본 연구는 기술수용모델의 변인들(자아효능감, 사회적규범, 시스템품질, 사용용이성, 지각된 유용성, 사용태도)이 온라인 기초학력 진단-보정 시스템과 관련하여 초등학교와 중학교, 교사의 성별, 시스템 사용경험에 대한 교사의 사용의도 간 영향력을 분석하고자 하였다. 연구방법: 본 연구는 학교 현장에서 기초학력 관련 실무 담당 교사가 모집단이다. 따라서 연구대상은 온라인 기초학력 진단-보정 시스템 관련 연수프로그램에 참여한 경험이 있는 교사이며, 이들의 초등학교와 중학교, 교사의 성별, 시스템 사용경험에 따라 t-test를 수행하였다. 연구결과: 첫째,온라인 기초학력 진단-보정 시스템의 자아효능감, 사회적규범, 시스템품질, 사용용이성, 지각된 유용성, 사용태도, 사용의도 변인의 차이검증 결과, 남녀 성별은 통계적으로 유의미하지 않았으나 학교유형인 초등학교와 중학교는 모두 통계적으로 유의미하였다. 시스템의 사용경험 유무의 결과에서는 사회적 규범(t=-3.18, p=.00), 사용태도(t=-2.60, p=.01)가 통계적으로 유의미하게 나타났다. 둘째, 온라인 기초학력 진단-보정 시스템과 관련하여 교사의 사용의도 간 영향력에 대한 다중회귀분석결과, 지각된 유용성(β=.63, p=.00)과 사용태도(β=.21, p=.00)가 통계적으로 유의한 변인으로 나타났다. 논의 및 결론: 온라인 기초학력 진단-보정 시스템에 대한 시스템 사용에 대한 자아효능감, 사회적규범, 시스템품질사용용이성, 지각된 유용성, 사용태도, 사용의도 변인 등은 평균으로 살펴보면 사용경험이 적을수록 높았다. 따라서 이미 사용하고 있는 교사에게 시스템 사용에 대한 자신감, 긍정적 인식, 유용성을 높이는 전략 마련이 시급하며, 사용경험이 없는 교사는 온라인 기초학력 진단-보정 시스템에 대한 충분한 홍보, 사용에 대한 기술적 숙련성을 높이는 방안, 나아가 활용도가 높은 교사를 선발하여 노하우 확산 등 정책적 지원노력이 요구된다.

영문 초록

Purpose: This study attempted to analyze the relationship between the intention to use of online assessment and intervention system for basic academic skills and the variables selected in the technology acceptance model(i.e., self-efficacy, social norms, system quality, ease of use, perceived usefulness, attitude). Method: The study population consisted of teachers who were in charge of using and controlling the system. Thereby, the subjects of this study were teachers who had participated in the training program for the online assessment and intervention system for basic academic skills. Several t-tests were conducted according to their gender, and system usage experience, and a multiple regression analysis was implemented to predict teacher s system usage experience. Results: First, there was no statistically significant difference between male and female teachers in terms of self-efficacy, social norms, system quality, ease of use, perceived usefulness, attitude. On the other hand, all variables were significant based on the teacher s school type(elementary and middle school). As a result of the system’s use-experience, the social norms (t=-3.18, p=.00) and attitudes (t=-2.60, p=.01) were statistically significant. Second, the multiple regression analysis results for the effect of teachers on their intention to use the online system for basic academic skills showed that perceived usefulness (β=.63, p=.00) and attitude (β=.21, p=.00) were statistically significant, respectively. Conclusion: Teachers self-efficacy, social norms, system quality, ease of use, perceived usefulness, attitude, and intention to use the system for the online assesment and intervention system for basic academic skills were found to be higher, who have no experience according to the mean scores. Therefore, it is imperative to establish a strategy to increase confidence, positive perception, and usefulness for teachers who have already used it. Teachers who do not have experience in using the system need to increase the technical proficiency in the use of the online assessment and intervention system for basic academic skills. Furthermore, it is necessary to seek policy supports such as the selection of highly utilized teachers and use of their proliferation of know-how.
