국문 초록

본 연구는 장애인 고용에 대한 기업주나 인사담당자 및 비장애인 직장동료들의 인식, 경험 및 요구를 살펴보고 장애인 고용에 따른 기업체 관련 지원을 파악하여 일반 기업체 내 장애인 고용을 확대하고 궁극적으로 장애인의 사회적 통합에 기여하고자 한다. 이를 위해, 본 연구는 17개 기업체의 고용주과 인사담당자 및 비장애인 직장동료 등 총 22명을 대상으로 개별 심층면담을 통한 질적 자료수집과 분석을 하였다. 수집된 면담자료를 분석한 결과, 세 가지 주제와 12개의 하위주제가 생성되었다. 세 가지 주제로는 장애인 고용에 대한 (1) 긍정과 부정적인 인식, (2) 비장애인들의 다양한 경험과 어려움, (3) 장애인과 비장애인을 위한 요구들(지원의 다변화와 강화)이다. 연구 결과를 바탕으로, 장애인의 고용 확대를 위해 장애이해교육과 기업체 지원의 변화·확대를 포함한 고용 정책 관련 정보 접근성 확보, 정부차원의 홍보 등 보다 적극적인 노력 필요성에 대해 논의하고, 본 연구의 제한점과 미래 연구를 위한 제언을 하였다.

영문 초록

This study seeks to investigate the perceptions of employers, HR(Human Resource)staffs and non-disabled colleagues about the employment of the people with disabilities, and to identify their experiences and needs, in order to contribute to the expansion of the employment of the disabled. Qualitative data collection and analysis were conducted through individual in-depth interviews with 22 managers, HR staff, and non-disabled colleagues of 17 companies. 3 themes and 12 sub-themes were drawn from analysis, including (1)positive and negative perception on employment of the disabled, (2)diverse experiences and difficulties of the non-disabled, and (3)the needs of the disabled and non-disabled (diversification and strengthening of support). It is necessary to discuss the strengthening of the support provided for companies to expand the employment of the disabled, and to secure the accessibility of policies, and the enhancement and promotion at the government level.
