소규모 초등학교 특수교육서비스에 대한 통합학급 교사와 특수교사의 인식 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 소규모 초등학교에서 통합학급담임 경험이 있는 일반교사와 소규모 초등학교에서 근무‧순회 경험이 있는 특수교사의 경험을 분석함으로써 소규모 초등학교 특수교육서비스에 대한 인식에 대해 탐구하고자 하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 전라남도교육청 소속 통합학급 교사 10명과 특수교사 10명을 목적 표집 방법을 사용하여 모집한 후 심층 면담하고 결과를 분석하였다. 그 결과 소규모 초등학교에서 이뤄지고 있는 특수교육서비스에 대한 통합학급 교사와 특수교사의 인식은 학생지도, 인간관계, 행·재정적 요구, 교사의 직무스트레스의 4개 범주, 그에 따른 8개 대주제, 18개 소주제로 도출되었다. 본 연구는 처음으로 소규모 초등학교 통합학급에서 이루어지는 특수교육서비스에 대한 연구를 실시하였고 통합학급 교사와 특수교사 모두의 인식을 심층적으로 비교하고 분석 연구했다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to explore the perception of small school inclusive education and to find a support method by analyzing special education teachers and general education teachers’ experience of small elementary school.　Using the snowball sampling method, ten general education teachers and ten special teachers who were in elementary schools of the Jeollanamdo Department of Education were interviewed in depth. The conclusion of this study was as follows. The general education teachers’ perception and the special teachers’ perception about inclusive education in the small schools were analyzed in 4 categories(i.e., student instruction, human relations, administrative financial needs, and teacher s job stress), 8 main categories, and 18 sub–classes. This study was meaningful in that the study on inclusive education in small elementary school was conducted for the first time, and the perception of inclusive class teachers and special education teachers were compared and analyzed in depth
