유치원 교사의 장애인 등에 대한 특수교육법 관련 이해도 및 이행 만족도

국문 초록

장애유아의 통합교육 및 의무교육이 강조됨에 따라 일반유치원 교사의 특수교육법에 대한 이해 및 이행 만족도는 교육의 질을 제고하는 중요한 요인이 될 수 있다. 이에 일반유치원 교사의 요인별 특성(설립유형, 경력, 지도경험, 연수경험)에 따른 특수교육법에 대한 이해도를 알아본 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 일반유치원 교사의 특수교육법 이해도에 있어 설립형태 및 교직경력에 따른 차이는 없는 반면, 특수교육 연수 경험 및 장애유아 지도경험에 따라서는 차이가 있었다. 즉, 특수교육에 대한 연수경험과 장애유아 지도경험이 있는 교사들이 연수미경험 및 장애유아 지도 미경험 집단보다 특수교육법에 대한 이해도가 높았다. 둘째, 일반유치원 교사의 특수교육법 이행 만족도에 있어 교직경력에 따라서는 차이가 없는 반면, 학교 설립형태나 특수교육 연수 경험 및 장애유아 지도경험에 따라서는 차이가 있었다. 즉, 사립보다는 공립기관에 재직 중인 교사들의 경우 특수교육법 이행 만족도가 높은 것으로 나타났고, 특수교육 연수경험과 장애유아 지도경험이 있는 교사들이 연수미경험 및 장애유아 지도 미경험 집단보다 특수교육법 이행 만족도가 높았다. 셋째, 일반유치원 교사의 특수교육법 이해도 및 이행 만족도 간에는 정적 상관이 있었다. 즉, 특수교육법에 대한 이해도가 높으면 높을수록 이행 만족도 또한 높은 것으로 나타났다. 이에 따라 유치원 유아교사를 대상으로 한 특수교육법 이해 및 이행 관련 연수의 필요성을 제안하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to investigate the understanding and fulfillment satisfaction of the special education law according to the characteristics of the kindergarten teachers (establishment type, career, guidance experience, and training experience). The results of the study were as follows; First, general kindergarten teachers understanding about special education law is not different according to establishment style and teaching experience, but there are differences according to experience of special education and experience of mentoring children with disabilities. In other words, teachers who have experience of special education and experience of instruction for children with disabilities have higher understanding of special education than those who do not have experience with in service training or disability guidance. Second, there was no difference according to the teaching career in general kindergarten teachers satisfaction with the implementation of special education law, but there are differences according to school establishment type, special education training experience, and mentoring experience. In other words, teachers who are in public institutions rather than private institutions have higher satisfaction with the implementation of special education law. Teachers who have experience of special education and experience of mentoring children with disabilities are more satisfied with the implementation of special education law . Third, general kindergarten teachers have a positive correlation between the level of understanding and fulfillment of special education law. In other words, the higher the level of understanding about the Special Education Law, the higher the satisfaction level.
