영문 초록

The authors experienced three cases of restless legs syndrome in the two patients with major depression and one patient with schizophrenia, which showed unbearable dysaesthesiae in both lower legs and accompanied the irresistible desire to move the leg and inability to keep them still. They also accompanied physical illnesses such as chronic active hepatitis, mild anemia, EEG abnormality, pulmonary tuberculosis and L5 spondylolysis. Anemia and spondylolysis seemed to act as causative factor in development of RLS. They were successfully treated with clonazepam and diazepam.
