국문 초록

At the end of the 20th century, with the completion of joint Sino-French boundary demarcation and marker installation, the land border between China and Vietnam became relatively well-defined for the first time. However, due to various objective factors, this boundary was not fully acknowledged or accepted by both sides. Following an exchange of official correspondence in 1957 and 1958, China and Vietnam reached a mutual agreement to temporarily shelve the land boundary delimitation issue. After 1975, the Sino-Vietnamese land border issue gradually intensified, eventually leading to conflicts. This escalation was not solely due to shifts in the Cold War dynamics but was also influenced by factors such as maritime interests and border security. Changes in Sino-Vietnamese relations have been shaped by the interplay of international circumstances, national interest conflicts, and geopolitical considerations. As of 2024, China and Vietnam are at a crucial stage in building a community with a shared future. The two countries’ commemoration of the 25th anniversary of land boundary delimitation holds significant importance for fostering a new model of Sino-Vietnamese relations.

영문 초록

20 世纪末期，随着中法联合勘界立碑工作的完成，中国和越南两国首次有了较为清晰的陆地边界。尽管受多种客观因素的影响，这一边界并未完全得到中越双方的认可。然而，在1957 年和1958 年双边互换外交信函后，中越两国一致同意暂时搁置陆地边界划界问题。1975 年之后，中越陆地边界问题再度激化，甚至引发了冲突。这不仅源于冷战局势的变化，还与海洋权益、边界安全等因素密切相关。中越关系的变化受到国际形势、国家利益冲突以及地缘政治等多种因素的共同影响。中越两国处于构建命运共同体的关键阶段，2024 年两国就陆地边界划界25 周年举办纪念活动，这对建设新型中越关系也有着重要意义。
