국문 초록

In the contemporary era of rapid information technology development, cities, as the core hubs of human socio-economic activities, are facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges. With the continuous population growth, increasing complexity of social needs, and numerous limitations of resources and the environment, traditional urban management models are increasingly revealing their limitations. The rise of digital technologies, including big data, intelligent technologies, and the Internet of Things, has provided a new perspective for urban management. Digital management involves not only the application of technology but also a profound transformation of concepts and models. It effectively breaks down information barriers between departments, promotes the efficient circulation and sharing of data, and drives urban management from a fragmented to a collaborative approach, and from experience-based decision-making to data-driven precision decision-making. This transformation is not only an inevitable choice for cities to adapt to the times but also a key to building sustainable, livable, and efficient smart cities, marking a new stage in the development of smart city construction.

영문 초록

在信息技术快速发展的当代，城市作为人类社会经济活动的核心枢纽，面临着前所未有的机遇与挑战。面对人口持续增长、社会需求不断复杂化以及资源环境的诸多限制，传统城市管理模式日益暴露出其局限性。数字化技术的崛起，包括大数据、智能科技、物联网等，为城市管理提供了全新的视角。数字化管理不仅涉及技术层面的应用，更是理念与模式的深刻变革。它有效破除了部门之间的信息壁垒，推动了数据的高效流通与共享，促使城市管理从分散式向协同式转变，从基于经验的决策向数据驱动的精准决策转型。这一变革不仅是城市适应时代发展的必然选择，更是构建可持续、宜居、高效智慧城市的关键所在，标志着智慧城市建设进入了一个新的发展阶段。
