지적학 전공 학생의 핵심역량 강화를 위한 교육과정의 체계화에 관한 연구

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 지적학 전공 학생의 핵심역량을 강화할 수 있는 교육과정의 체계화 모형을 제시하는 것이다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 시간적 범위는 지적학이 처음 정의된 1972년부터 현재까지로 하였으며, 공간적 범위는 3개 대학으로 한정하였고, 내용적 범위는 대학의 지적학과에서 이루어지는 교육과정의 문제점을 도출하여 체계화 모형을 설계하고, 체계화 방안을 제시하는 것으로 하였다. 연구 결과, 문제점으로는 첫째, 교육목표, 인재상 및 핵심역량 간의 불일치·불충분, 둘째, 교과목의 임의적·자의적 구성, 셋째, 이론 중심의 주입식 교수학습방법으로 나타났다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위한 체계화 방안으로는 첫째, 교육목표는 “지적 분야의 전문 인재 양성”으로 설정하는 것이 보편타당함을 제시하였으며, 인재상은 “지적 분야의 전문 활동에 탁월한 전문가”로 설정하였고, 핵심역량으로는 CCR 프레임워크의 분류체계 항목 즉, 지식, 스킬, 인성, 메타학습을 적용하였다. 둘째, 이와 같은 교육목표, 인재상 및 핵심역량을 바탕으로 지적학 전공 학생 교육과정은 타 분과학문 이론의 연계 모형을 도출하여 기초이론과 응용이론으로 구분하여 총 25개 교과목, 71학점으로 편성하였다. 셋째, 편성 교과목 중 기존의 일부 이론 중심의 교과목을 실습 교과목으로 변경하여 실습 비중을 30%로 확대하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to propose a systematic model for an educational curriculum that can enhance the core competencies of students majoring in cadastral science. To achieve this research objective, the temporal scope was set from 1972, when cadastral science was first defined, to the present. The spatial scope was limited to three universities, and the content scope involved identifying the problems within the educational curriculum of the cadastral departments at these universities, designing a systematic model, and proposing systematic measures. The research results identified the following problems: First, inconsistencies and insufficiencies among the Educational Aim, the Human Resource Model, and Core Competencies. Second, the arbitrary and capricious composition of subjects. Third, a theory-centered, didactic teaching method. To address these problems, the following systematic measures were proposed: First, it was suggested that setting the Educational Aim as “cultivating professional talent in the cadastral field” is universally valid. The Human Resource Model was defined as “an expert excelling in professional activities in the cadastral field,” and the Core Competencies were based on the CCR framework classification system, namely knowledge, skills, character, and meta-learning13. Second, based on these Educational Aims, Human Resource Model, and Core Competencies, the curriculum for cadastral science majors was developed by deriving an interconnected model with other disciplinary theories. The curriculum was divided into basic theory and applied theory, comprising a total of 25 courses with 71 credits6. Third, some of the existing theory-focused courses were changed to practical courses, expanding the proportion of practical training to 30% of the curriculum.
