북한 초창기 이기영의 『 조쏘문화』 쏘련기행문 연재본 재고 - ｢나의 蘇聯紀行｣(1~3)을 중심으로

국문 초록

이 글은 1947년에 발간된 조소문화협회 기관지인 『 조쏘문화』에 실린 이기영의 첫 소련기행문 ｢나의 蘇聯紀行｣(1~3)의 전모를 밝힘으로써 소련기행문 연구의 외연과 평가를 확장하는 데 목적을 둔다. 이를 위하여 먼저 2000년대부터 방선주, 백태일, 한상언 등 학자에 의해 정리된 목차 자료를 바탕으로, 연변대학교 도서관 소장 자료를 새로 추가하여 1947년에 발행된 『 조쏘문화』 원문에 대한 실증적 분석을 진행하였다. 기존 연구에 보이는 이기영 소련기행문 창작 양상에 대한 문헌 오류와 문제점을 정정하여 보다 정확한 면모가 드러나도록 한다. 아울러, ｢나의 蘇聯紀行｣(1~3)을 중점적으로 분석함으로써 평양에서 모스크바까지 가는 여로에서 생긴 견문과 소감들을 구체적으로 제시하고 재북 시기 문필 활동 연구에서 소홀히 다루었던 이기영의 기행문 개작 양상도 함께 살펴보았다. 이를 통하여 북한 초창기 소련기행문 창작에 있어 이기영은 단순히 보고서적인 기행문을 창작한다는 기존 연구의 관점을 갱신하는 동시에 제1차 방소사절단 성원들의 기행문 창작 전모를 복원하는 데에 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

영문 초록

This paper aims to expand the scope and evaluation of Soviet travelogue research by uncovering the full text of Lee Ki-young’s first travelogue to the Soviet Union, ‘My Trip to the Soviet Union’ (1-3), published in 1947 in Chosso Munwha(Korea-Soviet Culture). To this end, an empirical analysis of the original text of Chosso Munwha, issued in 1947, was first conducted based on the catalogue materials compiled in the 2000s by scholars such as Bang Seon-ju, Baek Tae-il, and Han Sang-eun, with additional materials from the collection of Yanbian University Library. This paper corrects the errors and problems in the literature on Lee’s Soviet travelogue in order to provide a more accurate picture of Lee’s creative process. In addition, by focusing on ‘My Trip to the Soviet Union’ (1-3), this paper presents the details of his travels and impressions on the road from Pyongyang to Moscow, and also examines the aspects of Lee’s revision of his travelogues that have been neglected in the literature on his writing activities during his time in North Korea. This study is expected to contribute to updating the view of existing research on the creation of Soviet travelogues in the early years of North Korea that Lee Ki-young simply created reportorial travelogues, while also restoring the full picture of the travelogue creation of the members of the first delegation.
