국문 초록

이 글은 박태원 문학에서 나타나는 ‘권태’의 변모 양상에 대해 연구하고자 하는 것이 목적이다. 박태원 문학에 대한 연구는 주로 모더니즘에 기반하고 있고, 그 중에서도 고현학이 중심이 되어 왔다. 대부분 그가 월북하기 이전 경성에서 발표한 작품에 대한 연구가 주를 이룬다. 권태에 대한 연구는 지금까지 이루어져 온 박태원 문학 중에서도 주목받지 못했던 권태라는 소재에 대한 논의이자, 이를 중심으로 박태원 문학이 지닌 외연을 넓혀나가는 다양한 연구방식 중 하나에 해당한다. 1930년대 식민지 도시 경성에서 활동하던 조선 작가들에게 공통적으로 감지되는 권태를 연구한다는 것은 무엇을 의미하는가. 이는 정치적 의장(擬裝)과 예술적 의장, 카프와 구인회, 리얼리즘과 모더니즘과 같은 이분법적 진영 논리로도 설명되지 않는 권태라는 인간의 정서를 확인하는 일이다. 권태라는 정서가 근대를 기점으로 등장했다는 점에서 박태원 문학의 권태에 대한 연구는 전위적 독법에 해당한다고 볼 수 있다. 박태원(1906-1986)은 월북 이후에도 다작(多作)을 한 작가다. 박태원 문학에 대한 연구는 1988년 해금 조치 이후에도 2005년 창립된 구보학회를 통해 알 수 있듯이 다른 월북작가들에 비해 꾸준한 연구가 진행되어 왔다. 그러나 현재까지 박태원 문학에 나타난 권태를 연구한 논문은 많지 않다. 있다면 고현학이나 근대성, 모더니즘을 논하는 부분에서 권태가 잠깐 언급이 될 뿐, 단독으로 권태를 분석한 논문은 거의 없다. 박태원 문학에 나타난 권태의 변모양상을 간단히 살펴보자면 다음과 같다. 첫 번째는 동경 유학 이전의 시기에서 발견되는 존재론적 사유와 실존적 권태, 두 번째는 동경 유학 이후의 시기에서 발견되는 근대적 불량성과 권태, 세 번째는 소설가의 몽상과 창작기법으로서의 권태가 그것이다. 이 연구를 통해 박태원을 포함한 1930년대 조선 지식인들의 내면세계와 시대인식을 고찰해보도록 한다.

영문 초록

The paper is a study on the aspect of change “boredom” in Park Tae-won’s literature. Park Tae-won’s literature is mainly based on modernism, and among them, studies have focused on modernology. most of the studies work published in Gyeongseong before, he defected to North Korea. The study of “boredom,” went unnoticed among the studies that have been conducted so far Park Tae-won’s research methods to expand the Park Tae-won’s literature. What does it mean to study boredom commonly perceived by Joseon writers working in the colonial city of Gyeongseong in the 1930s. This is to confirmed the human emotion of boredom, which is not explained by dichotomous way of thinking such as political camouflage and artistic camouflage, KAPE and GuInhoe, realism and modernism. Since the emotion of boredom emerged from the modern era, it can be said that the study of boredom Park Tae-won’s literature has avant-garde reading. Park Tae-won (1906-1986) is a prolific writer even after defected to North Korea. Even after the 1988 bans on Park Tae-won’s literature, as can be seen from the Gubo Society established in 2005, research on Park Tae-won’s literature has been conducted steady compared to other North Korean writers. However, until now, not many papers has studied boredom in Park Tae-won’s literature. If there is one, boredom is briefly mentioned in the modernology, Modernity, and Modernism, but few papers have analyzed it in solely. A brief look at the changing of boredom in Park Tae-won’s literature is as follows. The first is boredom before studying in Tokyo, the second is boredom after studying in Tokyo, and the third is the novelist’s daydreaming and boredom as a creative technique. relationship between the absence of life and boredom. of the times of Joseon intellectuals in the 1930s, including Park Tae-won.
