국문 초록

본 연구에서는 ESG 성과를 평가하는 주요지표를 중심으로 갈등관리의 관점에서 다루어야 할 지표항목과 갈등관점에서 분석해야 할 항목들을 분석해보고 기존의 갈등관리 지표와의 관련성을 통해 ESG 성과의 갈등관리의 필요성을 제시하고자 한다. 환경의 계획, 경영, 평가 결과에 대한 정보제공 및 공유는 이해관계자들이 평가하고 자발적으로 참여하기 위한 숙의적 과정이며 일련의 과정들이 지속적으로 운영되어야 한다. 전체적으로 환경(E)지표의 환경경영계획, 실행, 관리 및 보고는 환경친화적 사업에 대한 정보제공이며 갈등의 발생원인으로 살펴볼 수 있다. 동일지표의 이해관계자의 대응은 갈등예방적 차원의 소통항목으로 살펴볼 수 있다. 사회(S)에서는 소비자, 지역사회가 이해관계자로서 갈등관리 대상이며, 지배(G)에서는 이해관계자가 동일한 소통의 대상으로 볼 수 있다.

영문 초록

This study aims to analyze the index items to be dealt with from the perspective of conflict management and the items to be analyzed from the perspective of conflict management, focusing on key indicators that evaluate ESG performance, and to suggest the need for conflict management of ESG performance through relevance to existing conflict management indicators. Providing and sharing information on environmental planning, management, and evaluation results is a deliberative process for stakeholders to evaluate and participate voluntarily, and a series of processes must be continuously operated. Overall, environmental management planning, implementation, management, and reporting of environmental (E) indicators provide information on environment-friendly projects and can be viewed as a cause of conflict. The response of stakeholders of the same indicator can be viewed as a conflict-preventive communication item. In society (S), consumers and local communities are subject to conflict management as stakeholders, and in control (G), stakeholders can be viewed as the same object of communication.
