국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 유배문화 서사 구조를 활용하여 실존치료적 관점에서 진로성찰 프로그램을 구상하는 데 있다. 급변하는 사회로 인해 개인이 직면하는 고통과 불안 또한 높 아지는 만큼, 유배라는 한계상황을 마주하고 이를 극복한 추사의 삶과 진로에 대한 태도는 현대인들에게 시사하는 바가 크다. 본 연구는 문헌 고찰을 통해 추사 김정희의 유배 서사를 절망과 고독, 자아 성찰, 자아 실현의 세 단계로 구분하고, 실존치료적 관점에서 분석하였 다. 이를 바탕으로 진로성찰 프로그램을 구상하였다. 본 프로그램의 목적은 현재 마주한 한 계상황을 이해하고(1회기), 자신의 가능성을 탐구하고(2회기) 목표를 실현할 수 있게 구체 화함으로써(3회기) 한계상황을 극복하고 실존적 존재로서 진로를 구성하도록 돕는 데 있다. 본 연구는 유배문화의 긍정적 가치를 새롭게 조명하고 진로 및 철학 분야와 같이 다른 영역 과의 융합을 통해 개인의 성장을 지원할 수 있는 방안을 모색했다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

This study aims to design a career reflection program from an existential therapeutic perspective by utilizing the narrative structure of exile culture. As rapid social changes increase individual suffering and anxiety, the attitude of Chusa Kim Jeong-hee toward life and career, as demonstrated in his response to the existential challenges of exile, offers significant insights for modern society. Through a literature review, this study divides Chusa's exile narrative into three stages: despair and solitude, self-reflection, and self-actualization, and analyzes it from an existential therapeutic perspective. Based on these findings, a career reflection program was developed. The program is designed to help individuals understand their current existential challenges (Session 1), explore their potential (Session 2), and concretize and achieve their goals (Session 3), thereby overcoming limitations and constructing their career as existential beings. This study is meaningful in that it sheds new light on the positive values of exile culture and explores ways to integrate it with other fields, such as career development and philosophy, to support individual growth.
