요양병원 간호사의 도덕적 민감성, 긍정 간호조직문화가 안전간호활동에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 요양병원 간호사의 도덕적 민감성, 긍정 간호조직문화, 안전간호활동을 파악하고 요양병원 간호사의 안전간호활동에 미치는 영향 요인을 확인하고자 시도되었다. 연구 대상자는 150병상 이상의 규모를 갖춘 6개 요양병원에 근무 중인 간호사를 편의 추출하였다. 연구 결과, 대상자의 도덕적 민감성은 3.1점, 긍정 간호조직문화는 3.48점, 안전간호활동은 3.47점으로 나타났다. 일반적 특성에 따른 도덕적 민감성, 긍정 간호조직문화, 안전간호활동을 분석한 결과, 15년 이상의 근무 경력을 가진 간호사들이 도덕적 민감성(F=5.345, p=.002), 긍정 간호조직문화(F=8.114, p<.001), 안전간호활동(F=3.401, p=.021) 정도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 도덕적 민감성은 긍정 간호조직문화(r=.429, p<.001)와 유의한 정적 상관관계를 나타냈으며, 안전간호활동(r=.300, p=.003)과도 유의한 정적 상관관계를 나타냈다. 긍정 간호조직문화는 안전간호활동(r=.135, p=.190)과 정적 상관관계를 나타냈으나 통계적으로 유의하지는 않았다. 회귀분석 결과, 통계적으로 유의하였고(F=4.132, p<.001), 총 설명력은 21.7%였다. 요양병원 간호사의 안전관리활동에 미치는 영향요인은 요양병원 근무 경력(β=.540, p<0.05), 도덕적 민감성(β=.264, p<0.05)이 유의한 영향 요인으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과를 토대로 윤리 교육 및 사례 중심 학습을 통해 요양병원 간호사의 도덕적 민감성을 실무에 적용할 수 있도록 기관 차원에서의 지원과 안전간호활동을 증진 시킬 수 있도록 경력에 따른 환자 안전 교육 강화가 필요하다.

영문 초록

Purpose : This study was attempted to identify the moral sensitivity, positive nursing organizational culture, and safety nursing activities of nursing hospital nurses and to identify factors influencing safety nursing activities. Method : The subjects of this study conveniently extracted nurses working in six nursing hospitals with a scale of 150 beds or more. Results : As a result of the study, the moral sensitivity of the subjects was 3.1 points, the positive nursing organizational culture was 3.48 points, and the safety nursing activity was 3.47 points. As a result of analyzing moral sensitivity, positive nursing organizational culture, and safety nursing activities according to general characteristics, nurses with more than 15 years of work experience showed high levels of moral sensitivity (F=5.345, p=.002), positive nursing organizational culture (F=8.114, p<.001), and safety nursing activities (F=3.401, p=.021). Moral sensitivity showed a significant positive correlation with positive nursing organizational culture (r=.429, p<.001), and a significant positive correlation with safety nursing activities (r=.300, p=.003). The positive nursing organizational culture showed a positive correlation with safety nursing activities (r=.135, p=.190), but it was not statistically significant. As a result of regression analysis, it was statistically significant(F=4.132, p<.001), and the total explanatory power was 21.7%. The factors influencing the safety management activities of nursing hospital nurses were significant factors influencing nursing hospital work experience(β=.540, p<0.05) and moral sensitivity(β=.264, p<0.05). Conclusion : Based on the results of this study, it is necessary to strengthen patient safety education according to career to promote institutional support and safety nursing activities so that moral sensitivity of nursing hospital nurses can be applied to practice through ethics education and case-based learning.
