중국인 학습자를 위한 한·중 속담 비교 고찰

국문 초록

본고는 한국의 다섯 개 대학교에서 출판된 한국어 교재에 수록된 속담을 대상으로, 한·중 속담의 유형과 의미를 비교하여 고찰해 보았다. 먼저 한중 속담 비교 연구의 목적과 필요성을 밝히고 선행 연구를 살펴보았다. 다음으로 한국의 다섯 개 대학교에서 출판된 한국어 교재에 나타난 속담의 현황을 정리하였고, 속담의 유형과 의미 등에 대해서도 살펴보았다. 속담을 표현형식과 의미에 따라 동형동의(同形同義), 이형동의(異形同義), 동형이의(同形異義), 한국문화 특유의 속담 등 네 가지 유형으로 나누어 한국어 속담에 대응하는 중국어 속담을 제시하였다. 그리고 속담을 유형 별로 예를 들어 한·중 속담의 구체적인 의미를 비교 분석함으로써 공통점과 적지 않은 차이점이 존재한다는 것을 알 수가 있었다. 끝으로 결론을 제시하고 마무리하였다. 이처럼 한·중 속담에 대한 비교 분석을 통해 공통점과 차이점을 확인하였고 중국인 학습자들이 속담을 습득하고 활용하는 데 유용할 것이라 기대한다.

영문 초록

This study set out to compare and examine Korean and Chinese proverbs in both form and meaning by focusing on the proverbs published in five Korean textbooks by five universities in South Korea. The study first examined the objective and need for comparative research on Korean and Chinese proverbs and reviewed previous studies. Then, it examined the current state of proverbs in five, published Korean textbooks by universities in South Korea and the forms, meanings of the proverbs. After dividing the proverbs into four types according to their forms and meanings: same character & same meaning, different character & same meaning, same character & different meaning, and uniqueness to Korean culture, Chinese proverbs corresponding to Korean proverbs were presented. And by comparing and analyzing the specific meanings of Korean and Chinese proverbs, for example, proverbs by type. the researcher compared and analyzed Korean and Chinese proverbs and found that there were similar and considerable differences between them. Finally, The conclusion was presented and concluded. This study demonstrated the similar and different features between Korean and Chinese proverbs through comparison and analysis efforts, hoping to provide useful materials for Chinese learners to acquire and utilize proverbs.
