발달지연유아의 심리운동 치료 사례 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 발달지연 5세 유아를 대상으로 심리운동 치료를 실시하여 유아의 발달에 미치는 영향을 알아보았다. 이를 위하여 2023년 9월 19일부터 2024년 4월 18일까지 주 2회씩 심리운동 치료 55회기를 실시하였다. 대상 유아의 발달 지연 정도를 알아보기 위해 덴버 검사 및 MOT 검사를 실시하였고 관찰기간을 통해 치료 중점 방향을 설정하고, 회기별 행동관찰을 하여 발달에 미치는 영향을 확인하였다. 발달지연유아를 대상으로 한 심리운동 치료 결과 첫째, 유아는 새로운 활동에 적극적으로 참여하게 되었다, 둘째, 유아의 상호작용이 증진되었다, 셋째, 유아의 의사소통 참여도와 표현언어가 향상되었다, 넷째, 새로운 공간과 도구에 대한 관심을 갖기 시작하였다, 다섯째, 일상생활에서의 상호작용이 증가하였다. 이러한 결과는 심리운동이 발달지연유아의 전반적인 발달에 미치는 효과성에 대한 실증적 자료를 제공하는 데 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

This study conducted Psychomotorik therapy on 5-year-old children with developmental delay to determine its impact on the child's development. For this purpose, 55 sessions of Psychomotorik therapy were conducted twice a week from September 19, 2023 to April 18, 2024. The Denver test and MOT test were conducted to find out the degree of developmental delay in the target infants. The direction of treatment focus was set through the observation period, and the impact on development was confirmed by observing behavior in each session. As a result of Psychomotorik therapy for children with developmental delays, first, the children actively participated in new activities, second, the children's interaction improved, third, the children's communication participation and expressive language improved, fourth, People began to become interested in new spaces and tools. Fifth, interaction in daily life increased. These results are meaningful in providing empirical data on the effectiveness of Psychomotorik on the overall development of developmentally delayed infants.
