유아교사의 창의적 자기신념과 교수효능감이 창의적 교수행동에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구에서는 유아교사의 창의적 자기신념과 교수효능감이 유아교사의 창의적 교수행동과 어떻게 관련되어 있는지 살펴보고자 하였다. 서울 및 경기지역에 소재한 유치원 및 어린이집 유아반 교사 300명을 대상으로 모바일과 직접방문을 통해 설문지를 배부하였고, 응답이 불성실한 15부를 제외하고 285부의 설문자료를 최종분석에 사용하였다. 유아교사의 창의적 자기신념, 교수효능감, 유아교사의 창의적 교수행동의 경향을 알아보기 위해 기술통계를 사용하였고, 유아교사의 창의적 자기신념 및 교수효능감과 창의적 교수행동 간의 관계를 알아보기 위해 Pearson 상관분석을 실시하였고, 유아교사의 창의적 자기신념과 교수효능감이 창의적 교수행동에 미치는 영향력을 알아보기 위해 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 유아교사의 창의적 자기신념, 교수효능감, 유아교사의 창의적 교수행동은 보통 수준이상으로 나타났고, 유아교사의 창의적 자기신념 및 교수효능감과 창의적 교수행동 간에는 유의한 정적 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 유아교사의 창의적 자기신념과 교수효능감이 창의적 교수행동에 미치는 영향을 살펴본 결과 창의적 자기신념에서의 성향, 인지, 동기, 일반적 교수효능감, 개인적 교수효능감 순으로 창의적 교수행동에 유의한 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과는 유아교사의 창의적 교수 능력을 높이기 위한 교사 변인의 중요성을 재확인하였고, 유아교사의 창의적 교수역량 강화프로그램 개발의 기초자료가 될 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

영문 초록

This study aims to investigate the relationship between early childhood teachers' creative self-beliefs and teaching efficacy and their creative teaching behaviors. The participants were 300 early childhood teachers in kindergartens and daycare centers in Seoul and Gyeonggi provinces, and the final analysis included 285 questionnaires, excluding 15 non-respondents. The study used descriptive statistics to analyze the trends of creative self-beliefs, teaching efficacy, and creative teaching behaviors among early childhood teachers; Pearson correlation analysis was conducted to examine the relationship between creative self-beliefs and teaching efficacy and creative teaching behaviors; and multiple regression analysis was conducted to examine the influence of creative self-beliefs and teaching efficacy on creative teaching behaviors. The study found that early childhood teachers had moderate to high levels of creative self-beliefs, teaching efficacy, and creative teaching behaviors, and that there was a significant positive correlation between creative self-beliefs and teaching efficacy and between creative self-beliefs and creative teaching behaviors. When examining the effects of early childhood teachers' creative self-beliefs and teaching efficacy on their creative teaching behaviors, it was found that disposition, cognition, motivation, general teaching efficacy, and personal teaching efficacy in creative self-beliefs had a significant positive effect on creative teaching behaviors. This study confirmed the importance of teacher variables in enhancing the creative teaching ability of early childhood teachers, and it is expected that these findings will serve as a basis for developing programs to enhance the creative teaching ability of early childhood teachers.
