국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 대학생의 긍정심리자본과 진로준비행동 간의 관계에서 진로적응 및 진로결정자기효능감의 매개효과를 검증하는 것이다. 이를 위해 부산시에 소재한 A, B 대학교에 재학 중인 남·여 학생 278명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 설문지 중 최종적으로 249명의 설문 자료를 SPSS Ver. 27.0 프로그램을 활용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 대학생의 긍정심리자본, 진로적응, 진로결정자기효능감, 진로준비행동 간에는 유의미한 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 대학생의 긍정심리자본과 진로준비행동 간의 관계에서 진로적응은 완전 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 대학생의 긍정심리자본과 진로준비행동 간의 관계에서 진로결정자기효능감은 부분 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이를 통해 대학생의 진로준비행동에 긍정심리자본, 진로적응, 진로결정자기효능감이 영향을 미치고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 본 연구결과를 통해 대학생의 진로준비행동을 증진시키기 위해서 심리적 구인인 긍정심리자본 향상의 중요도 뿐만 아니라 인지적 구인인 진로적응과 진로결정자기효능감의 중요성을 시사한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to verify the mediating effect of career adaptation and career decision-making self-efficacy in the relationship between positive psychological capital and career preparation behavior of college students. To this end, a survey was conducted on 278 male and female students enrolled in universities A and B located in Busan. Among the collected questionnaires, the survey data of 249 students were finally analyzed using the SPSS Ver. 27.0 program. As a result of the study, first, it was found that there was a significant correlation between college students' positive psychological capital, career adaptation, career decision-making self-efficacy, and career preparation behavior. Second, in the relationship between college students' positive psychological capital and career preparation behavior, career adaptation was found to have a complete mediating effect. Third, in the relationship between college students' positive psychological capital and career preparation behavior, career decision-making self-efficacy was found to have a partial mediating effect. Through the results of this study, it is suggested that improving positive psychological capital, which is a psychological construct, as well as the importance of improving career adaptation and career decision-making self-efficacy, which are cognitive constructs, in order to enhance improve college students' career preparation behavior.
