의미연결망 분석을 통한 유보통합 관련 기사 분석: 윤석열 정부 출범 이후

국문 초록

본 연구는 윤석열 정부의 유보통합 정책 추진 실제 및 방향성 파악을 목적으로 의미연결망 분석을 사용하여 뉴스 기사를 분석하였다. 이를 위해 2022년 5월 10일부터 2023년 12월 31일까지 전국일간지의 뉴스 기사를 수집하고 의미연결망 및 응집그룹 분석을 통해 의미구조를 파악하였다. 분석 결과, 윤석열 정부 시기의 유보통합 기사는 일선 현장의 의견, 유보통합의 취지, 교원 양성·자격, 행정체계 일원화, 재정 및 법 체계 일원화로 명명된 다섯 개의 하위 그룹으로 분류되었다. 이를 UNESCO 보고서의 통합요소와 비교한 결과, 행·재정 및 법 체계, 교원양성·자격에 대한 활발한 뉴스 보도가 이루어지고 있었으나, 교육과정과 서비스 유형 및 접근성에 관한 언급이 부족한 것으로 분석되었다. 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 유보통합 추진 및 향후 방향에 대한 시사점이 논의되었다.

영문 초록

This study analyzed news articles using semantic network analysis to identify the actual and direction of the Yoon administration's integration of the early childhood education and care policy. To do this, we collected news articles from national daily newspapers from May 10, 2022 to December 31, 2023, and identified semantic structures through semantic linkage network and agglomeration group analysis. The analysis categorized the articles on integration of the early childhood education and care during Yoon administration's into five subgroups: opinions from the frontline, the purpose of reservation integration, teacher training and qualifications, administrative unification, and financial and legal system unification. Comparing this to the UNESCO report's integration factors, we found that while there was strong news coverage of administrative, financial, and legal systems, and teacher training and qualifications, there was a lack of mention of curriculum and service types and accessibility. Based on these findings, we discussed the implications for the promotion of integration of the early childhood education and care and future directions.
