계절형축제의 위험지각이 축제활동 및 행동의도에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

목적: 본 연구의 목적은 지역축제의 위험지각과 축제활동 및 행동의도 관계 분석을 통해 축제 안전의 다양한 변수들에 대한 연구를 수행하며, 이러한 연구를 통해 축제 안전관리 시사점을 제공하고자 한다. 방법: 본 연구는 다양한 계층의 위험지각 및 행동의도 파악을 위해 무작위 표본 추출법을 통해서 이루어 졌고 2023화천산천어축제에 참여한 방문객을 대상으로 대면 설문조사를 실시하였다. 총 230부가 실증분석에 사용되었다. 결과: 요인분석 결과 위험지각은 안전시설, 안전요원, 안전안내로 분류되었고, 축제활동은 빈도와 만족도로, 행동의도는 단일차원으로 구분되었다. 가설검증 결과, 계절형 축제의 위험지각은 축제활동 빈도에 부정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 위험지각은 행동의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 축제활동은 행동의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결론: 결국 위험지각은 축제활동 참여 빈도로 이어지며, 이는 행동의도에 영향을 미친다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 축제의 성공을 위해 위험지각에 영향을 미치는 안전시설, 안전요원, 안전안내에 주최측의 주의가 필요함을 시사한다.

영문 초록

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to conduct research on various variables of festival safety by analyzing the relationship between risk perception of local festivals and festival activities and behavioral intentions, and to provide implications for festival safety management through this research. Methods: This study was conducted through random sampling to identify risk perception and behavioral intentions of various classes, and a face-to-face survey was conducted on visitors who participated in the 2023 Hwacheon Sancheoneo Ice Festival. A total of 230 copies were used for empirical analysis. Results: As a result of factor analysis, risk perception was classified into safety facilities, safety personnel, and safety information, festival activities were classified into frequency and satisfaction, and behavioral intention was classified into a single dimension. As a result of the hypothesis testing, the risk perception of seasonal festivals was found to have a negative effect on the frequency of festival activities, and the risk perception was found to have a significant effect on behavioral intention. Additionally, festival activities were found to have a significant effect on behavioral intention. Conclusion: Ultimately, it was found that risk perception leads to the frequency of participation in festival activities, which in turn affects behavioral intention. This suggests that for the success of the festival, the organizers need to pay attention to safety facilities, safety personnel, and safety information that affect risk perception.
